煤炭工业是宁夏国民经济发展中的支柱产业之一。汝箕沟煤矿开采历史久远,自1960年开始建设西沟平硐之后,经过多次改扩建而发展成为现在的一个中型矿井。由于多种因素,目前矿井开拓系统、通风系统比较分散,掘、抽、采各生产环节之间矛盾非常紧张。这些矛盾严重制约着建设高产高效现代化矿井的步伐,也给矿井安全生产和经营管理带来严重困难。因此系统研究矿井安全系统技术改造问题,对汝箕沟煤矿实现安全高效生产具有重要意义。
论文采用综合分析和现场试验相结合的研究方法,以合理开采利用汝箕沟煤矿的优质太西煤资源为出发点,以提高矿井抵御各种灾害的能力、增加矿井经济效益为目的,在充分分析制约矿井长远发展的关键安全技术问题的基础上,对汝箕沟煤矿的安全系统的技术改造问题进行了比较深入的研究,提出了矿井主要巷道系统技术改造和矿井通风系统技术改造的方案,以及相应的瓦斯防治技术、火灾防治技术方案。这为具有煤与瓦斯突出及小窑火害威胁严重的汝箕沟煤矿的矿井技术改造提供了科学依据。提出的技术改造方案已经得到实际应用,并已取得了良好的安全技术和经济效果。
