随着高等教育大众化及教育终化等教育现象的来临及出现,高等教育领域各方面都在进行改革,尤其是在人才培养方面。在我国许多高校都在不同程度的采用学分制,学分制是一种以选课制为灵魂,实行导师制、弹性学制的制度,采用学分制是我国高等教育适应社会发展的一次重大改革。当今高等教育实施的学分制,可以说是从纵深发展深刻地影响着高等学校教育的各个方面。学分制的实行打破了传统的修业年限和传统的班级模式,学生可以根据自己的需要和爱好自主选课,它使学生的主体地位得到充分体现,主体性的发挥必然引发自由思想、个人主义等思潮的迸发,抑或泛滥。在这种发展态势下,高校思想政治教育面临着巨大的挑战,高校如何转变思想、迎接挑战是高校大学生思想政治教育不可回避的问题,也是对现行高校大学生思想政治教育的一次严峻考验。因此,加强大学生思想政治教育是当前高校在学分制条件下必须深入探讨和实践的重要课题。
本论文运用学分制和思想政治教育等相关理论,通过对学分制下大学生思想政治教育的现状分析展开论证,希望构建一种基于学分制下的大学生思想政治教育的全新体系。首先,从学分制的角度分析大学生思想政治教育面临的新的背景条件并结合大学生思想政治教育的功能,厘清了学分制给大学生思想政治教育带来的机遇和挑战,指出学分制下对大学生进行思想政治教育的必要性和重要性;其次,通过对当代大学生学分获取过程中的思想政治教育内涵分析,发现传统的大学生思想政治教育内容、方法、环境、队伍已不适应学分制,分析其原因是由于学分制下大学生思想政治教育对象出现新特点、思想政治教育理念革新、思想政治教育工作重心和侧重点转移、思想政治教育载体多样化、思想政治教育模式发生转变。正因为这样诸多的变化才导致了传统的教育方法、教育内容、教育环境、教育队伍的不适应;接着依据高校大学生思想政治教育面临的新变化,揭示了学分制下高校大学生思想政治教育的时代性、复杂性、多变性及多样性特点,以及实践性、发展性及当代性原则;最后,根据特色社会主义现代化过程中知识经济对人才质量的要求提出了学分制下高校大学生思想政治教育的新理念、队伍、机制、模式、内容及手段。
