在未来的能源结构中,以煤气化为基础的新型能源系统无疑将扮演越来越重要的角色。煤制油作为煤炭工业的绿色化学技术,对中国能源结构的调整、促进环境建设和人类社会的进步都具有十分重要的意义。
本文主要针对煤间接液化工艺进行了计算机仿真模拟与优化。以ASPEN PLUS流程模拟软件为主要工具,通过对美国ORCF煤制油项目的研究和分析,建立了一种煤间接液化过程的计算机仿真模拟,包括SHELL煤气化模型和 SMDS费托合成模型。
本文根据SHELL煤气化工艺资料和ORCF项目设计报告,首先建立了SHELL煤气化装置的计算机仿真模型,根据工业实际生产数据对模型进行验证。在完成气化装置的模拟之后,建立了SHELL煤气化过程的稳态系统模型。系统模拟结果表明模拟数据与工业生产的操作工况基本吻合,模拟系统可以可以用于后续的研究。在此基础上,通过调整操作条件对工艺进行研究,分析了操作条件对模拟结果的影响,同时提出优化的操作条件。
在煤气化仿真模拟的基础上,本文参照ORCF项目设计资料,对工业流程进行了合理的简化,采用浆态床反应器,对费托合成反应进行仿真模拟,得到了初步的间接液化产品,建立了费托合成过程的计算机仿真模型。

In future energy’s structure,the new energy system based on coal gasification will play a more and more important role undoubtedly.Coal to Liquid,as a green chemistry technology,has a great significance for adjustment on chinese energy structure,improving entironmental building and the advancement of human society.
This work mainly focused on the simulation and optimization of coal indirect liquefaction technology.ASPEN PLUS flowsheet simulation software was used as a main tool.By the study and analyse on ORCF CTL project,a simulation model of coal indirect liquefaction process was developed,including SHELL gaisification model and SMDS Fischer-Tropsch synthesis.
In this paper,acrroding to SHELL gasification technology data and ORCF project’s design report,the simulation models of gasification were developed,and they were verified by comparing with production data in industry.After completing the simulation models of gasification,the steady state system of SHELL gasification process was developed.The results showed that simulation data was consistant with industrial condition,and this simulation system can be used for later study.Based on this work,the effection on the simulation results were studied by adjusting operating condition,and proposed optimized operating condition.
Based on the simulation of coal gasification,this paper using ORCF project’s design data simplified the industrial process,adopted slurry bed reactor,and simulated Fischer-Tropsch synthesis.The primary indirect liquefaction products were achieved,and the computer simulation of Fischer-Tropsch synthesis process was developed.
