论文综合运用了文献分析、比较研究和调查研究的方法,首先对高校教师职业道德内化的研究背景、研究现状、研究意义和必要性进行了阐释,总结出高校教师对教师职业道德进行有效内化是增强教师抵抗社会不良环境干扰,缓解教师职业道德滑坡甚或失范现状的重要途径,是高等院校建设一只高素质、高水平师资队伍,提高高等教育质量的必要条件,是弘扬高尚道德情操,提升社会道德水平关键环节。 论文从学习教师职业道德原则和内容入手,系统地梳理总结了高校教师在教书育人、科学研究、服务社会和传承文化四大职能上应履行的职业道德,并指出教师职业道德对教师做好本职工作、完善个人人格、获得心灵平衡具有不可替代的功用和价值。 论文把高校教师职业道德内化的心理机制和关键点作为第一个研究重点,分别从德性发展的角度和社会生活的角度阐述了高校教师职业道德内化的必要性;又分别从心理学角度和道德教育的角度分析了高校教师职业道德内化的主要过程,并将心理学角度的“服从、认知、同化、内化”与道德教育角度的“知、情、信、意、行”进行了合理联系。在此研究的基础上挖掘出高校教师职业道德的关键点就在于教师作为内化承担者的主体性,并进一步分析出主体性对高校教师职业道德内化的影响以及主体性生成和发挥的必要条件。 论文将高校教师职业道德内化的对抗因素作为第二个研究重点,通过对高校教师进行抽样问卷调查来归纳分析出现实情况中高校教师职业道德内化的对抗因素,首先是介绍了问卷设计思路和调查基本情况,然后详细总结分析了问卷调查统计结果,并从调查结果中梳理出高校教师在内化职业道德过程中遇到的影响教师主体性生成和主体性发挥的对抗因素,进而又从高等教育的发展、市场经济的繁荣、知识时代的到来、高校治学体系、办学资源使用等几个方面分析了对抗因素的形成原因。 高校教师职业道德内化的促进机制是本研究论文的第三个研究重点,分别针对影响教师主体性生成和发挥的对抗因素及其成因,设计出相应的解决路径,包含教师成长发展支持机制,教师主体性激发及保障机制,教师职业道德建设外围保障机制和教师职业道德建设内在运行机制。

The comprehensive use a literature analysis paper, comparative research and investigation method , first explain the college teachers professional moral internalization of the research background, the research present situation, the research significance and necessity. Summary of university teachers out of teacher's professional moral internalization is important for effective way, to enhance teachers resist the social bad environmental interference.For ease of teacher career ethics landslide even present situation anomie ; it is necessary conditions for colleges and universities building a high quality, high level of teachers' team, improve the quality of higher education; it also is the key link for carrying forward the noble moral sentiment, increasing social moral level . This paper first study teacher's professional moral principles and contents, system to comb summarizes the college teachers should perform professional ethics at teaching, scientific research, social services and inheritance culture. And points out that teachers' professional ethics has irreplaceable function and value , to teachers do their work, perfecting personality and acquiring soul balance. University teachers' professional moral internalization of psychological mechanism and key point is the first focus of the paper. From the point of view of development respectively by virtue of angle and social life,expounds the university teachers' professional moral internalization of necessity; From the psychology angle respectively and moral education of view, analysis the college teachers professional moral internalization of the main process, and set up reasonable contact between them . On the basis of the study , to searching out of that the subjectivity of the teachers is teachers' professional morality university key point, and further analyze the necessary conditions that the subjectivity of the generation and play. The against factors of university teachers' professional moral internalization is the paper second focus. By sampling questionnaire survey method to inductive and analysis the against factors of university teachers' professional moral internalization in the reality of the situation. At first the papers introduced the design ideas and questionnaire survey basic situation. Then detailed analyses questionnaire statistical results ,and search the against factors. From different aspects analyze the reason, for example the development of higher education, the prosperity of the market economy, the arrival of the era of knowledge, university research system and the use of resources for running . University teachers' professional moral internalization of promoting mechanism is the third study focus .Respectively, contrapose the against factors, design the solution to the problem of path , including the teachers development support mechanism, the teacher's subjectivity inspire and the safeguard mechanism, the teachers' professional ethics construction peripheral security mechanism and internal operation mechanism ,and so on.
