我国是世界上专用通信网最多的国家,由于专用通信网服务对象的特定性,其话务统计特性与公用通信网相比有较大的差异。所以对专用通信网的话务进行统计分析,是优化专用通信网的性能管理、资源配置的主要依据,对提高专用通信网的运行质量与效率具有重要作用。
本文通过对兖矿集团专用通信网话统数据的收集,分析了兖矿集团专用通信网内各交换局之间,兖矿集团专用通信网和公用通信网之间的话务,并依此对兖矿集团专用通信网话务流向特点进行了分析研究,希望能给其它专用通信网的建设提供参考。同时根据兖矿集团专用通信网的话务数据分析结果,提出了兖矿集团专用通信网中继电路的优化配置方案,以及提高其接通率的手段,为兖矿集团专用通信网的发展建设节约资金,提高企业的投入产出比。

There are many private telecommunication networks in China. They are different from public telecommunication networks in traffic characteristic and services. The traffic characteristic is very important for optimizing its performance management and resource allocation,and improving quality of services and operation efficiency of a private telecommunication network.
The traffic data of private telecommunication network of Yankuang Group(YK PCN) are collected.Then the traffic between different switches are analysed. it show that the average traffic of users in busy time is lower than in public telecommunication network,and the traffic from private telecommunication network to public telecommunication network is increasing.Some suggestions for the builing of private telecommunication network are provided.Meanwhile, an optimal allocation sheme of trunk circuits for YK PCN is proposed, some ways to improve the call completed rate are discussed.
