为了能够更高效、更合理的规划油气田的开发,油气田开发部门需要掌握更多的生产资料,目前国外少数跨国公司的测井编解码技术比较先进,它们的产品通常都使用其自主开发的软硬件系统,对其他公司的产品不能很好的兼容,我国每年需要支付大量的外汇去购买这些测井设备和配件;而国内已出现了一些自主生产的测井设备,其综合性能、传输速度、可靠性和稳定性还需要更进一步的提高。
针对以上现状,本文设计了一种适用于油气井测井的编解码器,该编解码器以TMS320F28016DSP芯片为主控芯片,接收并处理由井下仪发送来的编码信号,它能够将油气井测井通常用到的各种不同格式和速率的曼彻斯特码、AMI码、PCM码、HDB3码和ST码等编码应用其各自相应的编解码规则解释出来,也能够将地面数据和命令进行信道编码后发送给井下仪。为了能够更好的识别出井下数据,减少测井电缆信道传输中的噪声干扰和码间干扰,本文对电缆传输信道进行了分析,介绍了两类常用的自适应算法—LMS类自适应算法和RLS类自适应算法,对两类算法的收敛和跟踪性能优劣进行了对比分析,并通过Matlab软件对系统模型进行了Simulink仿真,验证了自适应均衡器系统的正确性与可靠性,最后基于TMS320F28016DSP的硬件平台实现了自适应均衡器系统,用实验的方法对编解码器的功能进行了验证,并对实验结果进行了比较和分析,最后对已完成的工作进行了总结及展望。
本文自主开发的测井编解码器与市场上的同类产品相比较具有成本低、抗干扰能力强、兼容性强等特点。

In order to make a more rationally and more efficiently plan to exploit wells,the development departments of oil and gas field need to get more much information about geology and production.Thus,there are a lot of higher demands for logging techniques.Today, almost advanced logging techniques and coding and decoding equipments have been monopolised by few multinationals, their products always use their independent hardwares and softwares,so the compatibility of their products are not very good,our government has to pay lots of foreign exchange to purchase logging equipments and accessories from these companies. Some internal logging equipments appeared,but their comprehensive performance, transmission speed, reliability and stability need to be further improved.
Based on above, the thesis designs a coding and decoding equipment for oil and gas well.It takes the DSP chip of TMS320F28016 as main controller.The equipment can be used to incept and deal with data signals which sent by downhole tools.On the one hand,it can be used to explain and decode the codes by the decoding rules,such as, Manchester code, AMI code, PCM code, HDB3 code ST code,on the other hand,it also can send data and controlling signals to underground tools.In order to have better identified data and reduce the noise of transmission channel, we carried on cable channel analysis, describes two commonly used classes of adaptive algorithms-LMS adaptive algorithm and adaptive RLS algorithm, the convergence of the two types of tracking performance and the merits of a comparative analysis, and Matlab software on the system through a Simulink simulation model to verify the adaptive equalizer system accuracy and reliability, based on the last TMS320F28016DSP hardware platform to achieve the adaptive equalizer system, to use experimental methods of codec functions were verified, and the experimental results were compared and analyzed, and finally completed work on a summary and outlook.
Compared with similar products on the market,the self-developed generic codec logging equipment has a lot of advantages,such as low cost, anti-interference ability, compatibility and other characteristics.
