低渗透油田的高效开发一直是油田开发技术人员十分关注的问题,已成为国内外油田开发的重大课题之一,针对低渗透、低丰度油藏递减快、稳产难、采收率低的特点,本次研究以博兴洼陷典型的低渗透油藏大芦湖油田、纯化油田及小营油田为研究对象,研究低渗透油田高效开发配套技术,通过深入细致的研究低渗透油田高效开发配套技术(大型压裂、超前注水、CO2吞吐、小泵深抽,新钻井轨迹技术),认识每种技术的特点和实用范围,最终有效提高低渗透油田的采收率。
本文有三个成果:
(1)采用直-增-稳-降-稳钻井轨迹技术,形成目的层接近直井的轨迹,这样对于后期的压裂可达到与直井同样的效果;
(2)应用超前注水技术,确定了合理压力保持水平、注水时机、采油井投产时机等参数。
(3)压裂中采用柴油、液氮降滤技术和油溶性粉陶降滤技术;
本文成果对其它地区类似油藏钻井与开发具有借鉴意义。

The high efficient development on low permeability reservoir was an attentive question by technical persons of oil field, and had been one of momentous discussions in the world. Rapid declining of prodcing rate, hard to keep the high prodcing rate and get low recovery are the common problems in developing the low permeability and low abundance oil reservoir.With researching the Daluhu oil field, Chunhua oil field and Xiaoying oil field, the complete set of techniques for high efficient development on low permeability reservoir was discussed. The set of techniques for high efficient development (such as: big model of adding sand fracture tech, prelimanary injection, CO2 injection, development closely-spaced wells, depth-pumping with small diameter pump, new drilling track technology) were lucubrated, and the characteristic and practical confine were recognized afresh. Finally, the recovery ratio of low permeability reservoir was effectively increased.
In this paper, three results were gotten:
(1) the reducing filtrate technology with oil-soluble temporary plugging and oil-soluble pottery powder were applied in fracture.
(2) the straight track in aim layer was formed by drilling track technology of “straight-add-steady-subtract-steady”. And the effection of upper fracture was as similar as straight well.
(3) the parameter of the keep press level, injection opportunity and production opportunity were confirmed in the prelimanary injection technology.
