城市地表是城市自然地表和人工改造地形实体的综合体。数字高程模型(Digital Elevation Model)是通过规则离散格网采样数据实现地面形态的数字化描述。城市精细数字高程模型(Urban Digital Elevation Model, 简称U-DEM )描述的是精细尺度下城市地表特征(自然起伏地形、道路、建筑物基底、水域等)的空间起伏变化情况。城市精细数字高程模型是实现城市雨洪模拟、污染物追踪、日照分析、风场分析等应用的关键基础地理数据。传统的DEM模型构建技术难以实现对精细尺度下的城市数字地形的表达,这成为制约城市地表过程模拟分析的瓶颈。鉴于此,本文以地理学、测绘学及DEM数字地形分析为理论基础,研究构建城市精细数字高程模型的方法。在比较分析了现有GIS和DEM数据模型的构建方法基础之上,采用分区构建的思想去完成城市精细数字高程模型的构建,即以城市道路为区域划分界线,将城市整个区域分割成不同的小区域,针对不同的小区域选择合适的内插方法进行小区域模型的构建,最后将各个小区域的模型进行无缝融合。同时,以1:500地形图为本底数据,研究城市地面区域的分割方法,建立顾及城市自然地形、人工改造地形为一体特征的城市精细数字高程分区内插模型。通过上述研究,采用分区构建的U-DEM数据模型构建技术,实现1:500比例尺城市精细数字高程模型的构建,该研究理论与方法的突破,不仅可以实现城市地表的精细数字化模拟,同时也为广泛分布于地理空间的自然地形、人工改造地形为一体特征的对象建模提供可借鉴的理论与方法,具有重要意义。 本文对城市精细数字高程模型的构建进行了具体的研究,主要的工作包括: (1)介绍了城市精细数字高程模型构建技术提出的背景、研究意义、研究现状、研究目标以及研究内容等。 (2)阐述了城市精细数字高程模型构建时的研究基础,包括研究样区的选择原则、实验数据的简介、实验数据预处理工作以及论文的技术方法和路线。 (3)提出了城市精细数字高程模型的概念,并重点针对模型的构建提出了具体详细的构建方法。 (4)针对上述构建好的城市精细数字高程模型的结果进行质量评价。 (5)介绍了原型系统的设计及功能实现,包括开发环境的要求、功能设计和界面的设计。 (6)最后,针对论文的研究过程,对论文进行了研究总结和研究展望。

The surface of city ground is the synthesis of natural and artificial modification structures entity. Digital Elevation Model is a digital description to realize the surface morphology by regular discrete grid sampling data. Urban Digital Elevation Model is the description of spatial fluctuations of the city surface features on fine scale(natural undulating terrain,roads,buildings,water base ect.). Urban Digital Elevation Model is the key basic geographic data to realize of city rain and flood simulation, pollutanttracing, sunlight analysis, wind analysis ect.applications. The traditional construction DEM model technology is difficult to realize the city digital topographic expression on fine scale, which become the constraints of city surface process simulation analysis of bottleneck. In view of this, this subject use geography, surveying and mapping and the DEM digital terrain analysis as the theoretical basis, research on the methods of constructing city fine digital elevation model.By compare and analysis the existing GIS and DEM data organization methods, using the partitioning building idea to complete the city fine digital elevation model construction, that is ,city road as the regional boundaries,divide the whole city into different small areas, chose the suitable interpolation method to construct the different small areas, finally, let each small region model seamless fusion. at the same time, taking the 1:500 topographic map as the background data, and research the segmentation method of the city ground areas, establish the city fine digital partition inserted model which considering city natural terrain, artificial dressing features of terrain as characteristics zone. Through the above research, the establishment technology of partition construction by using U-DEM data organization model,to realize the 1:500 scale city fine digital elevation model building, the breakthrough of the theory and methods about this study can not only realize the city's surface fine digital simulation, but also provide theory and reference method for integrated modeling ,which is widely distributed in the geographical space of city natural terrain, artificial dressing features of terrain as characteristics zone, it has great significance. This article has conducted the concrete research on the construction of city fine digital elevation model, the main work include: (1) introduced the city fine digital elevation model technique proposed background, research significance, research status, research goal and research content. (2) describes the basic research on construction of urban digital elevation model fine when the study area, including the selecting principle, experimental data introduction, experimental data pretreatment and the method and route of technology. (3) put forward the concept of urban fine digital elevation model, and focus on the construction of the model construction method is proposed with the specific. (4) for the construction of quality evaluation of good urban digital elevation model results are fine. (5) introduces design and function realization of prototype system, including the development environment, design requirements, function design and interface. (6) finally, in view of the research process of this paper, the paper prospects the future work and study summary.
