近年来煤矿生产事故频发,煤矿安全生产是个亟待解决的问题,随着信息化水平的不断提高,远程监测监控技术在煤矿生产系统将会发挥巨大的作用。 基于安全隔离的煤矿多业务接入系统是煤矿数字化瓦斯远程监测监控系统的一部分,将井下自动化生产、控制、监测等系统的多种业务接入集成到企业网络平台上,在企业网随时可以监测井下安全生产的情况,也可以在矿级以上的单位实现安全生产指挥调度。 本文首先通过分析煤矿的多种监测系统并存和工业网与企业网之间无法安全连接现状后,提出了多业务整合以及工业网和企业网单向隔离的解决方案,并从总体框架上设计基于安全隔离的煤矿多业务接入系统,设计并实现了“煤矿数字化瓦斯远程监测监控系统”软件的数据整合和单向传输。本文重点讲述了软件实现中作者所做的具体工作:(1)数据库的设计;(2)提出多业务接入和安全隔离难点技术解决方案。在对实现过程的描述中,介绍了系统所用到的核心技术:DDE数据交换法,OPC数据采集、FTP数据采集,UDP远程通信技术,多线程程序实现。该方案作为课题组863项目“煤矿数字化瓦斯远程监测监控系统”的基础数据接入部分,在淄博矿业集团陕西亭南煤矿进行了现场实验,试运行以来,基本技术指标达到了预期效果。最后对以上工作进行了总结,通过分析远程监测监控技术的发展趋势,对该系统的进一步完善提出要求,进行展望。

In recent years, the accidents of coal mine take place frequently, the solution of security production is desiderated. With the gradual progressing information level, the technology of remote monitoring and control will get well development in product system of coal mine. Based on the safety isolation of coal mines, Multi-Service Access System is one part of the Digital Coal Mine Gas remote monitoring system, It took underground automated production, control, monitoring and the system of multi-service access to integrated enterprise network platform and the security production situation under the ground can be monitored in the enterprise network at any time, as well as, the units above mine could achieve the commanding and scheduling of safety production. The paper firstly analyzes the status of coal mine safety, which a variety of coal mine monitoring systems were coexistent and the connection between industrial networks and enterprise networks is insecure. It proposed a solution about a multi-business integration and one-way transmission. Furthermore, it put forward a design that based on the safety of coal mines isolation multi-service access system under the overall framework, it projects and implemented the data integration and one-way transmission of the software named "Digital Coal Mine Gas Remote Monitoring and Control System" software. The whole narrated particular work with emphasis which in the software realization the author did: (1) Database design; (2) Solutions of the difficult technology above multi-service access and security isolation. Through to realized the process description, it introduces the key technology (DDE, OPC, FTP, UDP, multi-threaded). The programmed as the basis data access part of “Digital Coal Mine Gas Remote Monitoring System” of the“863 project”. In the TingNan Coal Mine of the ZiBo Mining Group, the Digital Remote Monitoring System is conducted a field test and achieved the expected results. In the end, summing up the work, the paper analyzes the development trend of the remote monitoring and controlling technology and brings forward requirement for the system’s perfection.
