为了提高超声检测的效率和可靠性,本文在基于PC的超声检测虚拟仪器的基础上,综合应用超声检测技术、虚拟仪器技术、计算机技术、电子技术和数字信号处理技术,进一步完善了超声检测虚拟仪器的功能,使其不仅能够完成超声信号的实时采集、分析、处理,还能通过软件控制扫描系统完成超声的A、C扫描、数据处理和 基本的缺陷定位、定量和定性分析等功能,实现了超声检测的图像化、智能化和自动化。超声检测虚拟仪器是由数据采集卡和超声检测虚拟仪器软件构成,具有结构简单、功能强大、性价比高等优点。数据采集卡具有40MHz的采样速率,8位的采样精度,64KB的高速静态缓存,能满足一般工业超声检测的要求。超声检测虚拟仪器软件由数据采 集卡驱动程序和虚拟仪器应用软件构成,能完成数据采集,信号频谱分析、功率谱分析、小波分析和缺陷识别等功能,而且仪器面板操作起来就跟真实仪器一样,实现超声检测的真正智能化。数据采集卡驱动程序是在VC++平台下编写和调试动态链接库DLL,并通过LabVIEW中的CLF图标调用这个动态连接库,来实现数据采集卡与LabVIEW之间的 数据通讯;超声检测虚拟仪器软件采用LabVIEW开发平台,软件集成了数字信号处理和图像处理的算法,可对扫描得到的数据进行各种处理和运算,从而达到了对缺陷的定量和定性分析。实验结果表明,该系统结构简单,性能稳定,界面友好,操作方便,不仅提高了检测的精度和可靠性,而且提高了检测的自动化程度和效率。

In order to improve the efficiency and reliability of the ultrasonic-testing, the article which is based on PC ultrasonic-testing virtual instrument, synthesized to apply ultrasonic-testing technology, virtual instrument technology, computer technology, electron and digital signal processing technologies in order to further integrity function of ultrasonic-testing virtual instrument. The ultrasonic-testing virtual instrument can not only finish real time, analysis, processing of ultrasonic signal, but also finish A and C scan of ultrasonic defect detector through controlling scan system by software, data processing and various functions of defects analysis of locating, quantum, quality, and realize the picturization, intelligentization and automatization of ultrasonic-testing. The ultrasonic-testing virtual instrument is made up of the data acquisition card and ultrasonic-testing virtual instrument software, which has the merits of simple structure, powerful function and high ratio of performance to cost. The card has a 40MHz sampling rate, 8 bit precision and 64KB high-speed SRAM, and can meet the requirement of common industrial ultrasonic-testing. The ultrasonic-testing virtual instrument software is consisted of the driver of the data acquisition card and the ultrasonic-testing virtual instrument application software, which has functions of acquainting data, signal spectrum analysis, power Spectrum analysis, wavelet analysis, defects identify, and operating the instrument front panel is as similar as operating real instrument, intelligentization is realized really. The drivermakes use of the CLF node of LabVIEW to finish data communication between data acquisition card and LabVIEW, through calling DLL and debugging the program under VC++. The appliance software integrates many algorithms of digital signal processing and image processing to process the scanning ate by the LabVIEW platform, and reaches the aim of defects’ quantum and quality.From the results of the experiment, the system’s structure is simple, the performance is stable, the interface is amity, and the operation is convenient. The virtual instrument has not only risen to precision and reliability of the detect,but also improved automatic degree and efficiency.
