摘 要
本论文的研究对象为煤矸石发电DCS系统,其设计集PLC和FCS为一体,包含了各种形式的现场总线接口,综合采用了过程控制、逻辑控制和批处理控制思想,实现混合控制。
本文所设计的黄陵热电厂DCS系统包含了多种具有实际功能的子系统。其中主要包括用于各种现场传感器、开关变量等方面的数据采集子系统、PLC程序设计中的模拟量控制子系统、编程逻辑执行的顺序控制系统、主要设备的电气监控系统以及负责系统事故存档的数据记录子系统。本文主要所作研究工作如下:首先对黄陵热电厂二期工程中的DCS系统整体方案进行了分析与设计,确定了系统的主要任务要求及方案的基本结构;其次确定了以HPCS 3000为主的黄陵热电厂DCS系统的硬件背景并对数据采集系统、模拟量控制系统、顺序控制系统以及电气监控系统进行了具体的设计。除此之外,本文还对系统中一次风机进行了节能方面的变频设计;在DCS与电气控制系统的接口与通讯设计方面,本文设计采用DCS与ECS的连接方式为硬接线+通讯;最后在系统的软件设计方面,主要采用Huawen_DCS软件来进行电厂工作的监控画面、组态监控画面以及相关报警、报表、历史数据和操作记录的设计。
本文所设计黄陵热电厂DCS系统通过在该电厂二期工程中的测试与实际运行效果可以看出:硬件方面所设计数据采集系统、模拟量控制系统、顺序控制系统以及电气监控系统等基本满足了该厂的实际工作要求。采集的数据结果基本符合实际工作状态,控制系统的实际控制效果可以满足具体的生产要求;在软件设计方面,所参与设计的工程师站人机界面实现了对电厂各个工作运行环节的实时监控,并可以有效地进行数据监测、记录及报警。因此可以得出本文所设计DCS系统在实际生产中是具备一定现实意义的,同时也为电厂的智能化控制方面提供了一定意义上的实际参考。

ABSTRACT
The research focuses on coal gangue power generation DCS system and the design combines PLC with FCS. The system fill many kinds of fieldbus interface, and can realize hybrid control by using the ideas of process control, logic control and batch process control compound.
The DCS system of Huangling thermal power plant contains a variety of functional subsystems. These subsystems mainly include Data Collecting Subsystem used in such aspects as field sensors, switch variables and so on, analog control subsystem designed with PLC, sequence control system of programming logic execution, electrical control system of major equipment, and data recording subsystem in charge of system accident file. The thesis studies mainly following contents. Firstly, analyze and design the overall scheme of DCS system in the phase II project of Huangling thermal power plant, and confirm key task requirements and its framework. Next, determine the hardware background of DCS system in Huangling thermal power plant which is HPCS 3000-based, and data capture system, Analogue Control System, sequence control system and electrical control system are specifically designed. In addition , converter of primary air fans in energy saving is designed. In terms of design of interfaces and telecommunications of DCS and electrical control system, the connectivity style of DCS and ECS is hard-wired and communication. Finally, on the side of software design, some functions are designed by adopting H_D software designs, such as monitor screen, configuration monitoring screen ,and related alarming, report, historical data and operation record.
The test and practical operation results of the designed Huangling thermal power plant DCS system in the phase II project of thermal power plant show that the hardware circuits of the sub-systems, such as data capture system, analog control system, sequence control system, electrical control system, and so on, basically meet the requirements of practical work. Data collection results almost matched actual working conditions. Actual control effect of control system can meet specific production requirements. On software design, the designed engineer station interface can realize real-time monitoring for all aspects of work operation in plant, and effectively come true data monitoring, record and alarm. As a consequence, it can be proved that the designed DCS system has certain practical significance in actual production, and can provide reference for intelligent controlling aspect of the plant in a certain sense.
