在传统的社区管理中,由于资料的分散,存储的方式都是以纸质文档的形式,并且资料的种类和资料对信息的表现方式比较单一,不能够有效直观的表现出社区的要素。同时也由于对社区资料的管理方式比较落后,管理形式比较单一,给社区管理者和社区住户有效的利用这些资料带来了诸多不便。 “数字社区”概念的提出和建设的目的,就是为了能够克服这些缺陷,利用先进的信息技术,极大为管理者和社区住户了解社区的情况以及掌握社区的信息提供便利,使用户不仅能够详细的了解各种社区相关的信息,也能够以二维及三维的视角直观的了解社区内的各种地物要素的信息。 GIS技术是一种在计算机软硬件支持下,能够对整个或者部分地球表层空间中的有关地理分布数据进行采集、存储、管理、运算、分析、显示和描述的技术系统。GIS处理和管理的对象是多种地理空间实体数据及其关系,包括空间定位数据、图形数据、遥感图像数据、属性数据等,主要用于分析和处理一定地理区域内分布的各种现象和过程,解决负责的规划、决策和管理问题。 利用GIS技术对空间地物处理的优势,我们可以在“数字社区”的建设中融入GIS技术,用来显示和管理各种社区内的空间地物数据,包括二维的平面空间数据数据和三维的立体空间数据,克服传统社区管理信息系统不能直观表现信息的缺陷,为社区管理者和社区住户带来更好的用户体验。 本论文以某实验社区的图形数据和属性数据为基础,利用GIS技术和三维建模技术,详细的研究如何构建该社区的“数字社区”信息化系统。主要研究内容如下: (1)研究了“数字社区”系统在国内外的研究现状。以对我们的进行“数字社区”建设带来指导。 (2)探讨“数字社区”建设相关的技术基础,包括组件式GIS技术、ArcGIS Engine二次开发技术、SketchUp软件与ArcScene相结合的三维建模和展示技术。 (3)根据已有的数据和具体的需求分析,对系统的数据库进行设计。 (4)对“数字社区”信息化系统的功能进行分析,在此基础上对具体功能进行设计。 (5)以某实验小区的数据为基础,进行实验,具体呈现“数字社区”建立的实际过程。

Traditional community management, due to the dispersion of the data stored way in the form of paper documents, and the performance of the types of information and data information is rather simplistic and can not be effective and intuitive performance of the elements of the community. Also relatively backward community information management, the management form of relatively simple, effective use of these data a lot of inconvenience to the community managers and community residents. Digital Community concept and construction purposes, is to be able to overcome these shortcomings, the use of advanced IT, great for managers and community residents to understand the situation of the community and to facilitate the community information, so users can not only detailed understanding of various community-related information can also be an intuitive understanding of 2D and 3D perspective of the community elements of a variety of surface features. GIS technology is a computer hardware and software support, in whole or in part of the earth's surface space in the geographic distribution data for the collection, storage, management, operations, analysis, display and description of the technical system. GIS processing and management objects are a variety of geospatial entity data and their relationships, including spatial orientation data, graphics data, remote sensing image data, attribute data distribution within a certain geographical area is mainly used for the analysis and processing a variety of phenomena and processes solve responsible for planning, decision making and management issues. Use of GIS technology for space surface features of the advantages, we can integrate into the GIS technology in the construction of "Digital Communities", used to display and manage a variety of community space within the surface features data, including data of the two-dimensional planar spatial data and three-dimensional spatial data, to overcome the traditional community-based management information system performance information defects, a better user experience for community managers and community residents. This thesis is an experimental community of graphic data and attributes data, the use of GIS technology and 3D modeling techniques, a detailed study on how to build the community of "digital community information systems. The main contents are as follows: (1) "Digital Community" status quo at home and abroad and Guidance to our building of digital community. (2) To explore the technical basis for the construction of "digital community", including the components of GIS technology, ArcGIS Engine Secondary Development, SketchUp software and ArcScene combination of 3D modeling and display technology. (3) According to the analysis of the existing data and the specific needs of the database of the system design. (4) The function of the digital community information systems analysis and design based on the specific function. (5) Data from an experimental cell-based experiment, the embodiment of the "digital community" to establish the actual process.
