太西无烟煤是具有“三低六高”特点的稀缺煤种,即低灰、低硫、低磷、高发热量、高比电阻、高机械强度、高块煤率、高化学活性、高固定碳含量,属国家保护性开采的稀缺资源,被誉为“煤中之王”。近些年来,开采方式由井工逐渐改为露采,并且随着开采机械化程度不断提高,原煤中煤泥含量逐渐升高,且不同程度地含有风化煤、氧化煤、水锈煤等劣质煤。在此种煤质条件下,太西洗煤厂二分区3GDMC1300/920A型三产品重介旋流器和FCSMC-3000 mm型旋流微泡浮选柱的应用,一定程度上降低了介于二分区重选和浮选粒度交界附近粗煤泥的分选效果,在浮选中具有更高选择性的旋流微泡浮选柱的应用使得浮选分选粒度上限下降,而对该粒度范围内粗煤泥的分选,是现有洗选工艺的薄弱环节,严重制约了精煤产率及精煤质量的提升。解决好粗煤泥环节有效分选问题,减少精煤污染,对于保证全粒级精煤质量、实现精煤产率的最大化和提高洗煤厂经济效益,具有重要意义。 本文对水力旋流器、螺旋分选机和干扰床分选机三种粗煤泥分选工艺在太西洗煤厂二分区工业化生产应用效果进行对比分析,通过密度组成分析,确定各分选作业的实际精煤产率、性能评价指标Ep值等,选定适合太西厂的粗煤泥分选工艺,并根据最大产率原则,对各分选系统精煤灰分及精煤产率指标进行优化计算,实现精煤产率最大化,优化生产工艺。本课题的结论能够指导洗煤厂设计、粗煤泥分选,也可作为指导生产的重要参考资料,具有实际意义。

In recent years, mining methods from the underground gradually instead of opencast mining, and with the degree of mechanization continues to improve, in the raw coal slime content increased gradually, and with different degrees of weathering coal, coal, coal oxidation scale inferior coal. In the coal quality conditions, application of Taixi Coal Preparation Plant two partition of type 3GDMC1300/920A three product dense medium cyclone and FCSMC-3000 mm type cyclone micro bubble flotation column, a certain extent reduces the effect of separation between the two partition gravity separation and flotation near the junction of coarse slime, application of hydrocyclone has higher selectivity in flotation of micro bubble flotation column the decrease in the flotation size limit, and the size range of coarse slime separation, is the weak link in the existing cleaning process, seriously restricted the clean coal yield and coal quality improvement. Solve the coarse slime link effective separation problem, reduce coal pollution, to ensure the full size coal quality, realize the clean coal yield maximization and improve the economic benefits of coal washery, has important significance. In this paper, the water medium cyclone, spiral separator and interference bed separator three kinds of coarse slime separation process were analyzed in the application effect of Taixi coal preparation plant two partition industrialized production, through the density composition analysis, determine the actual yield of cleaned coal, thesorting operation performance evaluation index Ep value, selected suitable for coarse slime separation process is too the western, and according to the principle of maximum yield, optimization calculation of the separation system of ash content of coal and clean coal yield index, realize the clean coal yield maximization, optimization of production process. The conclusion of this paper can guide the design of coal preparation plant, the coarse slime separation, can also be used as an important reference to guide the production, has the practical significance.
