随着国民经济的发展和人民生活水平的不断提高,旅客列车加装了空调、 电开水炉、冰箱、彩电信息显示屏等用电设备,使得列车用电量增大,导致供电设备容量、质量的加大,对客车DC600V供电电源提出了更多的要求。
为了解决现有的客车DC600V供电电源装置功率因数低、电压波动较大等缺陷,本课题结合当前国内外列车供电系统的发展现状,分析对比了不同整流电路的性能指标及斩波电路的工作情况,尝试设计了“整流二极管+IGBT降压斩波”技术方案,通过电路的PSIM仿真进行了验证,并对客车DC600V供电电源装置的机械结构进行设计,对该电源装置的主要器件进行选型设计。
通过用PSIM软件,对不同输入电压、不同工作负载等几种情况对主电路进行了仿真,结果表明“整流二极管+IGBT降压斩波”技术方案,使 DC600V供电电源装置输出电压在0.3s稳定在580-620V之间,功率因数达到0.9。很好地解决了原有客车DC600V供电电源装置存在的主要问题,能可靠保证空调、热水器等用电设施的正常工作。
本文设计的DC600V供电电源输出电压的稳定、功率因数的大幅提高,可大幅减少铁路因供电功率因数低而造成的巨额罚款,使有限的电力资源得到充分合理的使用,不失为一种行之有效的方法,为今后铁路技术部门对DC600V供电电源装置具体改造提供初步方案和有效的技术支持。

With the development of national economy and the improvement of people’s standards, passenger trains had fitted with air-conditioners, electric water heaters, refrigerator, color TV and other electrical equipment. The train’s power consumption is increased, the capacity and quality of the power supply equipment is enlarged. It causes more demands to the passenger car’s DC600V power supply.
In this paper, in order to improve the lower Power Factor, output voltage fluctuations and other defects of the existing DC600V power supply, with the current development status of train power system at home and aboard, the performance of the Rectifier circuit and the Chopper circuit are analyzed. The solution of ‘the rectifier Diode + IGBT buck chopper ’is designed. The mechanical structure of the DC600V power supply is designed and the main components are selected.
By PSIM software, the work cases of different input voltage with different load of the main circuit are simulated. The results show that ‘the rectifier Diode + IGBT buck chopper’makes the output voltage stabilized between 580-620V in 0.3s,the Power Factor achieve 0.9. It solves the main defect of the existing DC600V power supply device and be able to reliably ensure the normal working of the electrical facilities.
The DC600V power supply in this paper has a stability output voltage and higher Power Factor, it can significantly reduces the heavy fines caused by lower Power Factor of railway, also can makes a good use of the limited power supply resources, should be widely used.It can providing preliminary solutions and technical support for the existing DC600V power supply’s renovation work of railway technical department.
