水泵是重要的矿用排水设备,其工作状态直接影响着煤矿安全生产。为了确保水泵正常工作,对其进行性能检测十分重要。目前国内在矿用水泵关键参数的检测方面手段单一,方法陈旧,自动化水平不高,无法满足实际需要。虚拟仪器是基于计算机的仪器。利用虚拟仪器测试可充分发挥计算机的能力,弥补传统测试方法的不足。本文将虚拟仪器技术用于矿用水泵性能检测与分析中。在综合对比了虚拟仪器五种硬件形式后,构建了结构简单、性价比高的PC-DAQ型虚拟仪器硬件平台。本文以面向对象的编程思想,独立的模块化设计方法进行测试软件开发,实现了对水泵流量、扬程、功率、效率、转速等关键参数的监控。该测试系统集信号采集、分析、存储和报表生成等功能于一体,实现了水泵性能测试集成化、自动化。本文所设计的软件具有子程序重用性好、执行效率高、软件维护方便等优点;以菜单和对话框作为交互窗口,使操作友好快捷;以HTML语言设计网页报表,使数据显示更加清晰;通过对虚拟信号的仿真验证,证明本文所开发的测试软件可以用于对矿用水泵性能的测试。

The Pump is the most important draining installation of coal mining; its performance directly affects the security and efficiency of production in coal mining badly. To ensure that pump works normally, as it carries out performance detection, is very important. At present, in our country, the testing means of mineral pump is unity, and method is outmoded, the automatic level is not high, unable to meet the actual demands. Virtual Instruments is an apparatus that bases on the PC. Testing with the Virtual Instruments can adequately make use of the computer’s advantage for data processing, which could fetch up the shortage of traditional testing. This paper studies through testing the thorough of requirement and present situation for the key parameters of mineral pump, lead into advanced Virtual Instruments technology the performance detection and analysis of mineral pump in. After synthesizing contrast Virtual Instruments 5 kinds of hardware form, found to finish structure simple and performance price high PC-DAQ model Virtual Instruments hardware platform. In this design, the test software is developed with object oriented programming thought and modular design method of standing independently. This system carries out the monitoring of mineral pump’s key parameter, such as flow, head, power, efficiency and rotation rate. This testing system stocks with the functions such as signal collection and analysis, save and report generation in one body, and have realized the performance test of mineral pump integration and automation. The design has the advantages such as subprogram reapplication good, software maintenance convenience, conducted efficiency high etc.; with menu and dialogue box as interactive window, make operation friendly shortcut; with HTML language design webpage report, make test report be clear at a glance. With the simulation verification, it is proved that the instrument has reached design purpose to achieve the performance test of mineral pump.
