市场环境快速变化，越来越多的企业正在改变传统的管理模式，引入项目管理的理念和方法，对企业的各项业务活动采用项目化的管理模式，以提高企业组织整体的运作绩效。企业项目化管理作为一种全新的管理模式，在实践中得到了越来越广泛的应用，并且取得了一定的实践经验，在理论研究方面也取得了一些相关研究成果。目前大部分企业所采用传统的组织结构模式已经不能很好的适应企业自身的发展，不利于企业项目化的运作，相关问题的研究还很少，因此对于企业项目化管理组织结构的构建和组织运作的研究具有实际意义。 本文综合运用定性分析与定量分析、系统研究与对比分析研究相结合的研究方法，从组织结构构建及组织运作两方面，较系统地对企业项目化管理的组织模式进行了研究。主要研究工作如下： 第一，分析了企业项目化管理的现状，探求企业项目化管理中存在的问题，提出了企业项目化管理组织构建的必要性和可行性，倡导建立企业项目化管理组织是提高企业项目化管理能力的一条有效之路。 第二，分析了企业项目化管理组织结构模式构建的原则和组织结构之间的关系，在此基础上探讨了企业项目化管理的双层次组织结构模式，并分析了这种组织模式的特点。 第三，在契约理论的基础上，界定了利益相关者，并分析了企业项目化管理组织的利益相关者之间的契约关系，并提出实施企业项目化管理组织运作模式应注意的问题。 本文旨在通过企业项目化管理组织结构构建和组织运作程序的建立，系统研究企业项目化管理的组织模式，以利于企业通过对企业内各项业务活动实施项目化管理，实现企业战略目标和整体利益，提高企业整体管理能力和运作绩效。

With the rapid changes in the market environment, more and more enterprises are changing traditional management models. The concepts and methods of project management have been introduced, and enterprise's operational activities are implementing by project management in order to enhance the overall operation of enterprise performance. In practice, as a new management model Enterprise Project Management has won increasingly broad application and also some practical experience. Relative results also have been obtained in theoretical research. At present organization structures of most enterprises could not adapt to the development of enterprise itself, nor conducive to operation of project management of the enterprise. Relative study is still limited, therefore it has practical meaningful to construction of organization structure of enterprise project management and organization operation. The paper applies quality research, quantity research and systematic and comparative research methods synthetically. The article conducts the system of organization operation pattern for enterprise project management， establishes an appropriate enterprise project management organization structure, and points out the emprise project management operation pattern, gives a motivation contact performance mode, finally establishes organization performance assessment mode. The paper mainly research is as following: Firstly of all, the paper finds problems existing in enterprise project management on the basis of analysis the actuality of enterprise project management，discusses the feasibility and necessary of enterprise project management. Establishing enterprise project management organization is an effective way of promoting enterprise ability. Secondly, principle and the relationship of organization structure are analyzed. On basis of this, the structure mode of enterprise project management is established and the two-level structure of enterprise project management organization analyzed, and discussed the character of the structure. Thirdly, on basis of contract theory, stakeholders are defined and contract relationship between stakeholders of project management organization is analyzed. Purpose of the paper is through establishment of enterprise project management organization and operation pattern to study organization of enterprise project management systematically， which is beneficial to implement enterprise project management through various business activities and achieve enterprise strategy and overall interests, increase management edibility and operation performance of the enterprise.
