目前我国正处于经济高速发展时期,全国各地都在大范围进行基础设施建设,而处于寒冷地区的北方,虽然每年有长达3~6个月的寒冷季节,但鉴于建筑工期的要求,不得不在冬季进行混凝土工程的施工。因此,如何控制冬季混凝土施工的质量一直是困扰建筑界的难题。本课题的研究将为寒冷地区冬季混凝土施工质量的保证,提供新的思路和工程应用指导意义。 本文首先从如何保证冬季混凝土施工的质量分析入手,通过研究冬季混凝土施工流程、施工技术、养护工艺以及混凝土的防冻融等问题,并结合本人长达一年的工程现场调研实践,在熟悉了冬季施工的各项施工工艺,跟踪记录下各项环节中的要点及注意事项的基础上,发现混凝土的早期冻害是制约整个冬季施工的关键因素。研究中还发现:如果不能采取合理的冬季施工措施,将会导致冻融现象的发生,从而显著降低混凝土强度的增长幅度,并对混凝土后期的安全性和耐久性造成巨大损害,故本课题组针对此类问题,提出了一些有别于常温施工的冬季特殊施工措施。 为了使研究更加深入、准确,本文还进行了抗压强度的影响试验,研究分析了不同水灰比、添加料以及不同的养护制度对混凝土抗压强度的影响。实验结果表明,在制备混凝土时掺加引气剂、粉煤灰以及矿渣的混凝土,其抗压强度将提高10%~15%。在标准养护6h后转入-8℃下养护7d再转入标准养护28d的混凝土,其抗压强度相比于标准养护28d下的混凝土,将降低20%~30%。而当标准养护48h后转入-8℃下养护7d再转入标准养护28d的混凝土,其抗压强度相比于标准养护28d下的混凝土,将提高10%~20%。 最后,本文结合西安薛家寨城中村安置项目的工程实例,提出了从施工流程角度出发,包括严格的原材料选择、合理的配合比设计、适宜的养护方法、必要的温度控制,•以及严密的现场管理等方面一套相应的混凝土冬季施工方案。 综上所述,寒冷地区冬季混凝土施工质量控制,对缩短冬季施工工期,加快工程建设进程,尽早发挥工程投资效益能够起到积极的促进作用,也将对冬季混凝土施工的改进方法起到一定的参考作用和现实指导意义。

In the northern China provinces in cold areas, to have a year for three to six months of cold season, in order to meet the needs of the project schedule, a large number of construction engineering need in winter concrete engineering construction, but low temperature can cause cast-in-situ concrete component of early frost, greatly reduce its safety and durability, therefore, must be on the winter concrete engineering to take corresponding measures to ensure the smooth construction of concrete. This paper, from the winter concrete construction to the theoretical analysis, to discuss the principle, the winter construction of concrete construction technology, the winter concrete curing process and concrete for the content such as harmony, and according to oneself, after a year of tracking the construction process, familiar with the various construction technology of winter construction, all the sectors of record key points and matters needing attention, found the concrete's early frost is throughout the entire winter construction of the key points, this article puts forward the construction scheme selection, raw material preparation and maintenance method, different from the normal temperature of the construction need some special measures, such as the inability to take reasonable winter construction measure, will result in the occurrence of freeze-thaw phenomenon, which can lead to significantly reduce the strength of concrete increase, and the safety of the late on concrete durability and cause great damage; In order to research the scientific nature of the subject is the concrete analysis through test different water cement ratio and add two materials as well as a variety of different maintenance way than with the standard maintenance the compressive strength of concrete influence of late. The results of the study show that, in the preparation of concrete by adding air-entraining agent, fly ash and slag concrete compressive strength will be enhanced in standard maintenance after 6 h turn-8 ℃ under 7 d again into the standard maintenance maintenance 28 d concrete, the compressive strength weak in standard maintenance and d concrete, and when standard maintenance after 48 h turn-8 ℃ under 7 d again into the standard maintenance maintenance 28 d concrete, the compression strength of standard maintenance 28 d better than the concrete. In addition, through the study and combined with tracking in the theoretical research, and on the basis of the construction process from Angle, including strict selection of raw materials, the reasonable proportion design, appropriate maintenance method, the temperature control of the necessary and strict site management of xian xue family village villages resettlement project put forward a set of construction scheme to winter. To sum up, the cold region winter concrete construction quality control research to shorten the winter construction period, to speed up the process of project construction, project investment benefit is as early as possible play a positive role in promoting, also on the winter concrete construction theory and method can be a reference and a practical guide.
