在信息化建设的初期,企业和政府为了提高自身的效率依照自己的业务要求建设了很多的业务系统。在当时的条件下,这些业务系统确实极大的提高了企业和政府的工作效率,后来随着信息化建设的不断深入,这些业务系统各自为政而造成无法进行信息交换的弊端逐渐显露出来,形成了“信息孤岛”的问题。信息交换的不畅通也随之成为企业信息化建设的一个重大瓶颈。
本文分析了目前企事业单位“信息孤岛”的现状,以及各职能部门对不同数据库之间的连接、数据交换和数据共享的需求,由此提出了本文的技术创新思路;本文以煤炭企业集团与其下属各生产矿井之间的数据交换为背景,分析了煤矿企业数据交换系统的设计目标,构造出数据交换的框架模型,并且详细分析了整个数据交换系统的工作流程;用JAVA语言实现了数据交换系统;同时对传输数据的安全性进行了探讨,分析了RSA、DES加密算法,提出了在数据交换过程中完成数据加密的方法,以满足各部门之间信息共享及数据安全的需要。
设计的系统与平台无关,能兼容企业所用的大多数软硬件平台,以及各种数据库平台,屏蔽网络、操作系统、数据库、应用系统等软硬平台的差异,使企业通过数据交换系统能够实现无缝的、透明的交换数据;采用数据交换中心来实现数据的集中处理、不同数据格式的转换,增加了系统的可扩展性;从数据传输、身份认证、权限控制、数据加密等多方面增强数据交换系统的安全性;用DES和RSA算法对XML文件或XML文件中的元素进行加密,增加传输数据的保密性。
本文旨在提出针对异构平台进行数据交换的设计方法。

At the beginning of the information construction, the companies and government constructed many systems to enhance their efficiency according to their requirements. Under that moment, these systems did improve efficiency greatly, but following with the information construction, these disadvantages of disability of data exchange contributed by business systems created in their own ways exposed gradually, and become the “information isolated island” problem, and the data exchange problem became the important bottleneck of information construction.
In this paper, at first, analyzed the current “information isolated island” faced by enterprises and institutions, and the need of the connection, data exchange and data sharing between the different databases for the various functional departments, which put forward the technological innovation ideas in this paper, then based on the data exchange between the coal enterprise group and each subordinate product mine for background, analyzed the design goals of the data exchange model, constructed its framework, and detailed analysis of the entire data exchange system workflow, using the Java language to realize the data exchange platform. At the same time studied the safety of data transmission, analyzed the RSA, DES encryption algorithm, present the encryption methods in the completion of the process of data exchange to meet the need of information sharing and data security between the various functional departments.
The main features of this paper is: nothing to do with the platform, this system can be compatible with the majority of software and hardware used by the platform, as well as various database platform, shielding the differences of hardware and software platform such as network, operating systems, database, application systems and so on, so that enterprises could achieve seamless, transparent data exchange through data exchange system; Java technology used to develop the system transplantability; using data exchange center to achieve centralized data processing, different data format conversion, increased system scalability; from data transmission, authentication, access control and encryption areas enhanced data exchange system security; using DES and RSA algorithm, increased the confidentiality of data transmission.
This paper seeks to put forward a design method for heterogeneous platform to exchange data.
