本论文研制了一种基于ARINC429航空数据总线的便携式机载电子设备故障检测系统。采用双单片机结构,利用ARINC429总线接口芯片HS-3282和自行设计的429电平转换电路,构成了一款结构简单、可靠性高的航空电子设备故障检测仪。自制的429电平转换电路能取代专用电平转换器HS-3182,简化了便携式仪器的电源电路。该系统电路采用模块化设计,由MCU、429总线数据收发模块、液晶显示模块、键盘采集模块和电源监测模块等构成,整个电路简单、紧凑。软件部分由针对不同模块所要实现不同功能而设计的多个子程序而构成,程序中设置的数据库简化了数据处理程序。
本系统是对美国航空产品Jc Air 429E总线分析仪进行“国产化”和改型设计。在其基础上减小了体积、增加了计算机接口及汉字显示等功能。该检测仪可以完成ARINC429总线信息的接收、发送和显示。它可以与飞机上具有429总线的机载电子设备实现点对点的通讯,通过对总线数据的分析从而达到快速查明故障点、锁定故障设备的目的。该仪器多应用于飞机的常规检测和维修。
本系统研制的机载电子设备故障检测仪经与阎良西飞公司的一些机载电子设备现场联机实验,证明本系统可以准确、可靠的发送、接收及显示总线数据。该产品体积小巧、便于携带登机使用。它为机载电子设备以及429总线的故障检测提供了一种方便、快捷的辅助手段,具有较好的市场前景和推广价值。

This paper introduces the development of a portable style fault-shoot instrument of aeronautical electronic devices based on ARINC429 bus which refer to the Jc Air 429E designed in USA.This system used two MCU’s. HS-3282 which is a high-performance 429 interface chip and a own-design electric voltage change circuit of 429 voltage concretes simple-configuration, high-reliability fault-shoot instrument of aeronautical electronic devices. The voltage change circuit substitutes for HS-3182 which is a special chip for the voltage change from CMOS voltage to 429 voltage ,it simplified the design of power circuit. The hardware of this system adopts modularized design. It consists of MCU,the receive/send part of 429 Bus data,the display part,the keyboard part and the detecting part for power etc. The software of this system consists of several sub programs which are designed according to different functions of the hardware modules. This device achieved receiving, sending and showing of the message of 429 bus. It can communicate with aeronautical electronic devices based on 429 bus in point-to point method, quickly finds out the trouble point and locks the faulted device through analyzing the bus data.
This system is designed for Xi’an Airplane Company. We have made several experiments in the design period .It has been proved that this device can send, receive the bus data accurately and reliably. This device is portable for checking on aboard, it provided a kind of easy and quick auxiliary method for the faulty shooting of the aeronautical electronic devices or 429 bus. It has a sample circuit, reliable data transmission and low price, so it has wide market prospect .
