“八荣八耻”社会主义荣辱观统辖了爱国主义、集体主义、社会主义思想，实现了中华民族传统美德与时代精神的完美结合，体现了社会主义道德规范的本质要求。研究新时期高校大学生“八荣八耻”存在的问题及教育有利于打牢社会主义核心价值体系的基础、有利于带动良好社会风气的形成、有利于促进大学生全面发展。 本文主要采用了文献法、经验法、抽样问卷调查法展开分析研究。采用文献法收集国内外在这一领域的研究成果、文献、论文、专著等，并对收集的资料进行研究、对比、筛选，从而归纳总结出目前的研究状况及发展趋势，为论文的进一步研究奠定了理论基础。丰富的经验是理论创新和发展的源泉。因此，在论文的创作过程中，除了利用文献法总结国内外的教育经验之外，还走访近年来工作在高校大学生思想政治教育一线的工作者，向他们学习实际的工作经验。采用抽样问卷调查法对西安科技大学、西北政法大学、西安电子科技大学、西安理工大学四所高校在校大学生的荣辱观现状进行调查、统计、分析。调查显示，新时期高校大学生“八荣八耻”存在以下突出问题：（1）政治信仰迷茫，社会责任感缺乏（2）学习目标不明确，忽视远大理想（3）追求享乐生活，缺乏艰苦奋斗精神（4）诚信意识淡薄，法纪知识匮乏。针对以上问题分析其影响因素包括：社会环境因素、高校教育因素、家庭教育因素和大学生自身因素。综合上述的理论分析和实际工作研究，提出了新时期高校大学生“八荣八耻”社会主义荣辱观教育的对策：（1）转变教育观念，坚持“两个理念”；（2）党员干部率先垂范，做社会主义荣辱观的自觉实践者；（3）强化高校思想道德教育，建立教育机制；（4）加强师德教育，发挥示范作用；（5）优化家庭环境，发挥家庭育人功能；（6）明荣知耻，加强自我教育；（7）搭建突出“荣辱观”内容的网络平台 本文的创新点：（1）在论文5.1中提出了坚持“以人为本”的教育理念和从培养“四心”入手的教育理念，以增强大学生“八荣八耻”教育针对性和实效性。（2）在论文4.3中，提出了综合运用目标分解、比较鉴别、同辈、无意识等教育方法，开展大学生“八荣八耻”教育，使大学生“八荣八耻”教育真正入耳、入脑、入心。

“Eight-honor and Eight-shame” , the outlook for honor and dishonor of socialism, has presided the patriotism, collectivism and the socialism thought , which has realized the perfect combination of Chinese traditional virtue and the spirit of the times and also manifested the essential requirement of the socialism morality norm. Reseraching the problems and education of “Eight-honor and Eight-shame ” of college student at new time is in favor of building the firm foundation of socialism core value system, leading to the formation of a good mood of society and promoting the comprehensive development of college student. This paper mainly uses the methods of literature, experience , the sampling questionnaire survey to launch the analytical research. Using the method of literature to collect research production , the literature, papers and monographs at home and abroad in this domain of research, the paper studies ,contrasts and screens the collected materials, and then summaries the present research condition and the trend of its development, which has laid the theoretical foundation for the further research of the paper. The rich experience is the fountainhead of the innovation and development of theory. Therefore, during the paper’s creation process, in addition to using the method of literature to summarize the domestic and foreign education experience , the paper also visites the frontline workers at the ideological and political education of college students in recent years and learns the practical work experience from them.By the sampling questionnaire survey , the paper carries on the investigation, the statistics and the analysis about college student's present situation of outlook for honor and dishonor in four universities , that is , Xi'an Science and Technology University, the Northwest Politics and Law University, Xi'an University of Electronic Science and Technology and the Xi'an University of Science and Technology. The investigation displays that the “Eight-honor and Eight-shame ” education of college students at new tiome has the following problems: (1)Confusion of political beliefs and lack of social responsibility; (2)Learning objective is not explicit and ignoring broad ideals; (3)To pursue the pleasures of life and lack of the spirit of arduous struggle ;(4) Having a weak sense of faith consciousness and lack of knowledge of the law and discipline knowledge. In view of the above problems , the paper analyzes its influencing factors, including social factors, higher education factors , family education factors and college student’s own factors. Based on the above theoretical analysis and practical work research, the paper proposes the education countermeasure of “Eight-honor and Eight-shame” of college students at new time. The countermeasures are as follows: (1)Changing the concept of education and insisting on the “Two concepts”;(2)Party members and cadres should take the lead to be practitioner of the socialism outlook for honor and dishonor ;(3)Strengthen university’s ideological and moral education and build a education mechanism;(4)Strengthen the teacher’s morality education and try to play an exemplary role; (5)Optimizes the family environment and displays the family educational function; (6) Distinguish the honor from the shame and strengthens the self-education; (7) Build the network platform which can stress “the outlook for honor and dishonor” . The innovations of the paper are as follows: (1)In the chapter 5.1 of the paper,it proposes the educational concepts of “people-oriented” education and starting with the “four heart”education to enhance the target and effectiveness of “Eight-honor and Eight-shame” education;(2) In the chapter 4.3 of the paper, the paper puts forward the comprehensive use of decomposition, compared identification, peers, unconsciousness and other educational methods to carry out “Eight-honor and Eight-shame” education, making the “Eight-honor and Eight-shame” education truly enter ears, brain and heart.
