随着现代大型工业生产自动化的不断兴起和过程控制要求的日益复杂,DCS系统已经被越来越广泛的应用在各个工业领域,这不仅是因为DCS系统具有分散控制、集中显示的特点,而且随着计算机技术的发展,DCS系统已经成为可供数据融合的平台,可以适应各种过程控制的要求,它所具有开放性、扩展性、兼容性、各种信息化、人性化的功能,不仅能够使得高科技时代出现的各种设备具有更加多样化和新型的功能,而且能够提供高品质的过程控制,为工厂管理、企业信息自动化建设提供坚实可靠的基础。DCS系统已经成为目前最先进、最合理的过程控制系统。 神华宁煤50万吨/年煤基烯烃项目(以下简称项目)是作者参与建设的大型煤化工项目,在充分考虑系统安全性与可靠性等的基础上,该项目最终选用了霍尼韦尔公司研发生产的PKS C300集散控制系统。本文以煤基烯烃项目为背景,介绍了DCS系统在国内外的发展情况及霍尼韦尔公司的PKS C300 DCS系统在该项目上的应用情况,特别对工况最为苛刻、复杂的煤气化装置(以下简称装置)中DCS系统进行了深入的研究和分析,认真剖析了装置试车过程中出现的问题,并就存在的问题提出了相应的优化改造方案。经效果分析,证明提出的方案是有效的、正确的,攻克了装置开车的难题。 目前该项目已经投入正常生产,系统运行情况良好,最终达到了对DCS系统在GSP气化技术中优化改造。通过本文研究,希望能够为工厂自动化控制,特别是集散控制系统应用方面提出可供借鉴之处。

With development of automatic level in modern large-scale industry and increasing complexity of process control, DCS is becoming widely used in different industrial fields, this is not only because DCS has functions of distributed control and centralized display, but also because with IT technology development, DCS has become a data fusion platform, which made DCS adapt into different process control requirements. The functions of DCS is open, scalable, compatible and centralized display, which not only make equipment have more new and diversified functions in our high-tech times , but also can provide high quality process control and lay a solid foundation for plant management and enterprise information establishment. DCS has become the most up-dated and reasonable process control system. The author has participated in Shenhua Ningmei 500,000 t/y Coal to Propylene project (SNCTL project) which is a large-scale coal to chemical project. Considering the system security and reliability, SNCTL project has chosen PKS C300 DCS system which is made by Honeywell. This essay will take SNCTL project as an example , introduce the DCS development history in domestic and abroad market and analyze the application status of Honeywell PKS C300 DCS in SNCTL project, especially study the DCS application status in Coal Gasification plant which has the most severe and complex case, analyze the problems occurred during commissioning and provide optimizing solutions to solve the problems. Those solutions have solved our problems and been proven to be correct and effective. At present, the SNCTL project has been put into operation and the system works well, the DCS system has realized optimization in GSP gasification technology. Hopefully, the study in my essay can help plant automatic control, especially puts forward for reference in DCS system application.
