在煤炭开采中,传统的工作面供电模式为单体启动器供电,各启动器之间无法进行联动,所需工作人员较多,维护检修量大,接线线缆较多,采煤成本较高,生产效率较低。组合开关可以实现单体起动器的所有功能,能够提高被控设备由单一控制提升为单机双速、双机双速、顺序控制等联动控制功能,可进一步增强煤矿综采设备的自动化控制能力和采煤效率。 在深入研究了国内外井下综采工作面供电情况的基础上,结合我国现有组合开关控制系统的几种基本架构形式,本文提出了以可编程逻辑控制器PLC为核心控制器、将各回路电流、电压信号和其他信号传输至核心控制器统一计算、管理,形成具有单一控制器的集中保护形式架构的组合开关控制系统。并通过对电压等级为3300V的八回路组合开关控制控制系统硬件电路的研究,软件程序的编写设计,人机界面的设计等,实现了该控制系统达到既具备单体起动器所具备的过欠压、短路、过载、漏电保护、断相保护、绝缘性能检测保护功能,同时在逻辑控制方式上实现单机控制,双速控制,顺序控制等,达到减少下井设备,减少现场电缆连接,减少人员投入量,减少维护量,提高产煤效率的目的。 本文对所设计组合开关控制系统进行工业性试验后,组合开关控制系统各项功能指标均达到或高于国家相关标准要求,达到了预期目的。系统运行稳定可靠,可操作性、可维护性强,系统响应及时,动作灵敏度高,本文研究的组合开关控制系统的推广使用对煤炭开采效率的提升有着积极的作用。

In the coal mining, the traditional face power supply mode for the single starter power supply, the starters can not be linked between the need for more staff, maintenance and inspection of large, more wiring cable,coal mining costs higher , Production efficiency is low. The combination switch can realize all the functions of the single starter, can improve the controlled equipment from a single control to upgrade to single-machine two-speed, dual-speed,sequential control and other linkage control functions,can further enhance the coal mine fully automated equipment control and Coal mining efficiency. Based on the deep research on the power supply situation of fully mechanized coal mining face in China and abroad, combined with the basic architecture of the existing combination switch control system in China, this paper puts forward the programmable logic controller PLC as the core controller, Current, voltage signals and other signals transmitted to the core controller unified calculation, management, the formation of a single controller with a centralized protection of the form of the structure of the combined switch control system. And through the voltage level of 3300V eight-loop combination switch control control system hardware circuit research, software program preparation design, man-machine interface design, to achieve the control system to achieve both the single starter with the owe Pressure, short circuit, overload, leakage protection, phase protection, insulation detection and protection functions, while in the logic control mode to achieve single control, two-speed control, sequential control, to reduce the downhole equipment, reduce the site cable connection, reduce staff input Quantity, reduce the amount of maintenance, improve the efficiency of coal production purposes. In this paper, the design of the combined switch control system for industrial testing, the combined switch control system of the functional indicators are met or higher than the relevant national standards, to achieve the desired purpose. The system is stable and reliable, operable, maintainable, the system response is timely and the action sensitivity is high. The promotion and utilization of the combined switch control system has a positive effect on the improvement of coal mining efficiency.
