近年,人们愈来愈重视装修后的室内空气质量,特别是室内装潢后的甲醛浓度。如何有效控制室内空气中的甲醛浓度也就成为空气净化行业的一大产业问题。 本文研究了一种新型甲醛吸收材料:蔬果液微囊空气清洁剂(简称空气清洁剂)。这种空气清洁剂以富含天然多酚的柿子、绿茶和芦荟等绿色植物萃取液和微量贵金属纳米触媒为芯材、经过特殊萃取工艺制成的高科技粉末状液体微囊,粉体的平均粒径小于0.1毫米,以高透气材料无纺布为壁材包裹的一种新型甲醛吸收产品。 其本文研究了蔬果液微囊空气清洁剂吸收甲醛性能研究,考察了吸收时间、空气清洁剂质量、空气流速等因素对吸收性能的影响,对其吸收动力学和热力学进行了拟合探究。持续8个月跟踪测试一装修居室在不同阶段的甲醛含量,考察了蔬果液微囊空气清洁剂在新装修居室的甲醛吸收性能,同时将其放置于家具中,研究吸收性能与吸收时间、空间大小等对甲醛性能的影响。 由于不同的装修板材释放的甲醛含量不同,因此也研究了空气清洁剂在常用的3种装修板材中甲醛的吸收效果,此外对4种热销除醛产品的吸附性能做了对比;本文对蔬果液微囊空气清洁剂在治理甲醛过程中氨附属污染物进行研究,证明其不会造成二次污染。不仅具有除醛效果,蔬果液微囊还具有消除人体、宠物异味和清除VOC作用。能广泛应用于家庭、办公室和新车除醛、消除异味。在局部空间使用时,对空气湿度也具有一定调节作用。

The harmfulness of formaldehyde pollution has been so striking that people pay more and more attention to the indoor air quality after decoration, especially the concentration of formaldehyde. How to effectively control the concentration of formaldehyde in indoor air has become a major industrial problem in the air purification industry. The adsorption of formaldehyde by a superfine micro-capsule air cleaner for vegetable and fruit juice (referred to as air cleaner) was studied. The air cleaner used persimmon, green tea, aloe and other green plant extracts rich in natural polyphenols, as well as precious metal nano-catalysts as core materials, high permeability materials as wall materials, and high-tech superfine powder liquid micro-capsule made by special extraction process. The average particle size is less than 0.1 mm. Then, the formaldehyde absorption performance of ultra-fine micro-capsule air cleaner for vegetable and fruit juice in laboratory was studied. The effects of absorption time, net content of air cleaner, air flow rate and initial formaldehyde quality on formaldehyde absorption performance were investigated. Ultrafine micro-capsule air cleaner for vegetable and fruit juice was also placed in furniture. The effects of absorption time, initial quality of formaldehyde, specifications of air cleaner and air velocity on formaldehyde absorption performance were investigated. Furthermore, it compares the formaldehyde absorption performance of the air cleaner with that of activated carbon on the market, and the kinetics of formaldehyde absorption was studied at the same time. Finally, the micro encapsulated air cleaner for ultra-fine vegetable and fruit juice was studied in the treatment of ammonia-related pollutants in formaldehyde, which proved that it would not cause secondary pollution. It not only has the effect of removing aldehyde, but also has the effect of removing odor and VOC from human body and pets. It can be widely used in families, offices and new cars to remove formaldehyde and odors. When used in local space, it can also regulate air humidity.
