能源紧缺问题日益突出,而节能建筑成为缓解能源紧张、解决社会经济发展与能源供应不足这对矛盾的最有效措施之一。但在实施推广中缺乏有效集成的管理模式,严重阻碍了节能建筑的发展。
本文将建设项目管理的基本原理、集成管理的思想与方法和节能建筑相结合,在深入分析节能建筑实施推广的瓶颈问题与传统项目管理模式应用弊端的基础上,从以下几个方面对节能建筑全寿命周期集成化管理模式进行研究:
(1)理论研究,提出节能建筑全寿命集成管理理论框架。结合节能建筑的概念及特点,在分析节能建筑全寿命周期集成管理的必要性与集成管理的内涵的基础上,提出节能建筑全寿命周期集成管理的概念模型及其基本构成。
(2)节能建筑全寿命周期组织集成。借鉴虚拟组织理论,建立以全寿命周期目标体系为导向的业主方的组织系统和节能建筑LCIM模式下的项目实施组织结构,并对组织集成系统的各方职责进行分析,解决了 “组织隔离”问题。
(3)节能建筑全寿命周期过程集成。在分析过程集成的涵义及过程集成的必要性的基础上,构建节能建筑全寿命周期过程集成的模型,最后对实现节能建筑全寿命周期过程集成的关键技术进行分析,解决了“流程分离”问题。
(4)节能建筑全寿命周期目标集成。在分析节能建筑全寿命周期目标体系的基础上,基于目标集成基础理论与方法,提出节能建筑全寿命周期目标集成模型,并对实现目标集成的关键技术进行分析,解决了“目标冲突”问题。
(5)节能建筑全寿命周期信息系统集成管理。通过对信息系统的涵义与节能建筑信息系统集成基础的分析,构建基于BIM技术的节能建筑信息管理模式,实现节能建筑全寿命周期信息集成管理,解决了“信息孤岛”问题。

Energy-saving building is one of the effective measures to relieve energy intensity and to solve the contradictions of social and economic development and energy supply problem with the energy shortage problem increasingly prominent. But the lack of effective Integrated Management Mode in the implementation of the promotion has seriously hindered the development of the energy-saving building.
The article apply the basic principle of construction project management、integrated management ideas and methods to energy-saving building,in the foundation of in-depth analysis of the bottleneck problem for the promotion of the energy-efficient building,this paper conducts the research on the energy-saving building’s life-cycle Integrated Management Mode from several aspects:
(1)Theoretical research,proposed the framework of the life-cycle Integrated Management Mode of the energy-saving building. Combining with the concept and characteristic of energy-saving architecture,by analyzing the necessity and connotation of life-cycle Integrated Management of the energy-saving building,and brings forward the conceptual model and basic Components of life-cycle Integrated Management of the energy-saving buildings.
(2)Life-cycle organization integration of the energy-saving buildings。Use for reference of the virtual organization theory,established the life-cycle goal system oriented owner’s organization system and the project organization system in the LCIM mode of the energy-saving building,and analyze the parties responsibilities of the integrated organization system,fundamentally solved the question of “isolation in the organization” .
(3)Life-cycle process integration of the energy-saving buildings。In the foundation of analysis of the meanings and necessity of the process integration, the article construct the Life-cycle process integration model of the energy-saving building,and finally analyses the key techniques that are required to realize the life-cycle process integration of the energy-saving building,has solved the question of “flow separation” .
(4)Life-cycle target integration of the energy-saving buildings。Through analyzing the Life-cycle target system of the energy-saving buildings,and based on the target integration theory and method,the article ascertained the Life-cycle target integration mode of the energy-saving building and analyses the key techniques that are required to realize the target integration,thus solved the problem of "goal conflict" .
(5)Life-cycle Integrated management information system of the energy-saving building。Through the analysis of the meanings of information system 、integration basis of the energy-saving building information system,this paper brings forward the Information management mode of the energy-saving building that are based on the BIM technology,realized Life-cycle information integration management of the energy-saving building,for solving “the information isolated problem” .
