玻璃幕墙打破了传统的窗与墙的界限,它不仅更新了现代建筑设计的理念和手法,更展现了现代建筑技术的新进展。但是玻璃幕墙的气密性和保温隔热性能差而带来的高能耗问题也引起了人们的高度重视。如何使玻璃幕墙更节能成为当今研究的热门话题。   本文从研究影响玻璃幕墙能耗的主要因素入手,结合调研的西安市21栋公共建筑玻璃幕墙装饰工程,通过现场实地考察,采用分析、统计的方法对建筑玻璃幕墙设计参数选用进行比对,掌握了西安地区公共建筑玻璃幕墙应用的基本状况,分析了影响明框玻璃幕墙与全玻幕墙的幕墙热工性能的因素。并根据有关热工设计规范计算出常用玻璃幕墙形式的一系列热工参数,研究得出玻璃幕墙在寒冷地区适用的体型系数及合适的窗墙比,提出了寒冷地区公共建筑玻璃幕墙的节能措施,并对典型工程实例进行了深入剖析研究。   本文经过计算得知选用中空玻璃面板时,明框玻璃幕墙的热工性能较全玻幕墙热工性能差,且随着幕墙玻璃面板传热系数的降低,型材对明框玻璃幕墙整体传热系数的影响也越大;要进一步改善玻璃幕墙的保温隔热性能,就应推广多层中空玻璃或真空玻璃等更先进的幕墙玻璃和双层玻璃幕墙等先进技术。   并通过对双层玻璃幕墙的组成及运行原理的深入研究,总结出其应用特点与适用范围,统计分析了国内外双层玻璃幕墙的技术参数,找出双层玻璃幕墙的应用规律及国内双层玻璃幕墙应用中存在的问题,提出如何合理设计应用双层玻璃幕墙的方法,对典型案例进行了详细解析,验证了双层玻璃幕墙在寒冷地区的适用性,为寒冷地区双层玻璃幕墙的推广提供了一定的理论依据和工程应用方法。

Public Curtain Wall Double-Skin Fa?ade Energy Saving Heat Transfer Coefficient Thermal Performance   Glass curtain wall broke the traditional boundaries of the window and wall, it not only updated the concept of modern architectural design and practices, but also showed the new progress of modern building technology. But the glass curtain wall of the air tightness and thermal insulation properties of high energy consumption caused by poor problem has aroused great attention. How to make glass curtain wall more energy efficient becomes the hot topics.   This paper started from the main factors which affected the energy consumption of glass curtain wall, combined with the research of Xi'an 21 public buildings glass curtain wall decoration project, through on-site field trips, use of statistical methods to the architectural glass curtain wall design parameters used for comparison, mastered the basic situation of glass curtain wall of public buildings in Xi'an, analyzed the thermal performance factors of the impact to the exposed frame supported glass curtain wall and full glass curtain wall. And according to the thermal design of curtain walls used to calculate a series of thermal parameters, the study draws the glass curtain wall in cold regions suitable for the size factor and the window wall ratio, raised the energy-saving measures of public building glass curtain wall in cold region, and conducted in-depth analysis of typical case studies.   This has been calculated that the exposed frame supported glass curtain wall thermal performance factors are poorer than full glass curtain wall when used the hollow glass panel, And with the glass panel heat transfer coefficient lower, the impacts of frame material become greater to the glass curtain wall overall heat transfer coefficient; To further improve the performance of glass curtain wall insulation should be to promote the advanced technologies that are multi-layer hollow glass , vacuum glass and Double-skin facade.   Through studied the composition and operation principle of Double skin facade, summed up the characteristics and scope of its application; Counted and analyzed the technical parameters of domestic and international double-skin facade. Found out the application law and the domestic application problems of Double-skin fa?ade. Put forward the reasonable application design method of double-skin facade. On a detailed analysis of typical cases, verified the applicability of Double-skin facade in cold regions, provided a theoretical basis and engineering application methods for the promotion of Double-skin facade in cold regions.
