随着社会发展，人们物质生活水平迅速提高，精神文明建设却相对滞后，心理问题也成为突出的社会问题。社会快速发展带来的变革也给大学生的人生观、世界观和价值观造成了极大的冲击，一个明显的表现就是大学生的心理问题日益突出。社会上发生的各项大学生恶性犯罪事件，令我们不得不关注日益严重的大学生心理危机。本文运用文献研究法、抽样调查法和系统分析法，以西安四所高校随机抽取的1000名在校本科生和专科生为样本，调查了大学生的身体和心理健康情况以及他们对心理危机和心理危机干预系统的认知现状。经过对调查问卷的统计分析，结果说明了我国在校大学生不能够正确的认识心理危机，同时心理危机意识薄弱、自我危机干预意识不强、当遇到心理危机后求助范围和手段极其有限。这也表明各高校对构建大学生心理危机干预系统、强化大学生心理危机干预工作、及时有效的控制和解决大学生心理危机问题，已经成了社会和学校共同关切的事情。由于我国针对该课题的研究起步晚、时间短、系统性不强，体系建设亟待完善。构建一套完整的、成体系的大学生心理危机干预系统，即通过加强思想政治教育做好危机预防，通过构建心理档案、危机预防机制、危机预警系统、危机干预系统、干预后系统等进行危机处理，从而有效的预防和控制大学生心理危机的发生和危害，创建一个健康的学习和生活环境。根据目前科技发展，可以利用计算机科学中的云计算和大数据的研究成果，提升预警系统的自动化、智能化水平，从而节省人力成本，也减少由于人工判断出现的失误和问题。

With the development of society, people's material living standards improve rapidly, while spiritual civilization is relatively slow and psychological problems have become prominent social issues. The changes brought about by the rapid development of society also cause a great shock to college students ' outlook on life, world outlook and values. An obvious manifestation of this is that the psychological problems of college students have become increasingly prominent. The college vicious crime incidents in the community force us to focus on the growing problem of college students ' psychological crisis. Literature study, questionnaire survey and system analysis are used in this paper. We examined the physical and psychological health of college students as well as their knowledge of psychological crisis and psychological crisis intervention system, using random extraction of 1,000 undergraduate students and college students of four universities in Xi'an as a sample. After a statistical analysis of the questionnaire, it shows university students ' inadequate understanding of psychological crisis , weak sense of psychological crisis , weak self-awareness as well as very limited scope and when improper deter mine means for help in front of psychological crisis. It also implies that it has become a social and academic common concern to build college students ' psychological crisis intervention systems, to strengthen students 'psychological crisis intervention and to timely and effectively manage and resolute students ' psychological crisis. Since our country's research on the subject is late, research time is short and system performance is not strong, the system needs to be improved. Building a complete and systematic students psychological crisis intervention system is that managing the crisis to effectively reduce and control the generation and danger of students psychological crisis to create a health and good learning and living environment ,through strengthening the ideological and political education and crisis prevention and building the mental files , crisis prevention mechanisms, crisis early-warning systems, crisis intervention systems, social support systems and the later intervention systems. Based on the current scientific and technological development, the research achievements of cloud computing and big data in computer science can be used to improve the automation and intelligent level of early warning system, so as to save labor costs and reduce errors and problems in the artificial judgment.
