本文涉及一种TD-SCDMA系统的数字预失真方法,尤其涉及无线通讯领域中的TDD系统使用的数字预失真(DPD)技术以改善射频功率放大器线性度及提高其输出功率。
首先,本文基于预失真表的方式提出了一种数字预失真技术简化表达方法,该方法可用最少的预失真参数来有效补偿功放的非线性特性,并且易于通过数字器件等实现,避免了在预失真处理时需要不断搜索众多修正参数及复杂计算的缺点,能降低对DPD处理器件的处理能力要求,并减少器件功耗;仿真显示该方法和经典方法性能相当,使能后单载波、六载波TD-SCDMA信号邻信道功率泄露比(ACLR)性能改善10dB 、20dB左右,同时其带内失真也得到了一定的改善。
其次,基于TD-SCDMA信号本身的特点提出了一种TD-SCDMA系统数字预失真(DPD)方法,该方法通过在TD-SCDMA系统下行时隙的固定位置采样中频反馈数据,避免搜索拣选反馈数据所需要的大量计算,可以降低对DPD处理器件的处理能力要求,并减少器件功耗,同时仿真显示该方法能达到现有方法的性能,进一步说明了该方法在TD-SCDMA系统中的可用性。
最后,对一定频偏后的TD-SCDMA单载波、六载波信号的DPD性能进行了仿真及结果分析,同时把实际测试的DPD性能和理论仿真的结果进行了对比分析,分析结果进一步说明了本文提出的算法在TD-SCDMA系统中的可行性。

This article deals with a TD-SCDMA system, the number of pre-distortion method, in particular, in the field of wireless communications TDD system uses digital pre-distortion (DPD) technology to improve RF power amplifier linearity and enhance its output power.
Firstly,based on the pre-distortion table by way of a digital pre-distortion technology to simplify expression, the method can be used for at least the pre-distortion compensation parameters to the effective non-linear amplifier characteristics, and easy to realize through digital devices, such as to avoid the pre - distortion when the need to constantly deal with the many amendments to the search parameters and the complexity of calculating the disadvantage that can reduce processor DPD pieces deal with capacity requirements and to reduce device power consumption; simulation showed that the methods and properties of a very classical method so that it can after the single-carrier, the six-carrier TD-SCDMA signal adjacent channel power leakage ratio (ACLR) performance improvement of 10dB, 20dB and at the same time his band distortion has also been improved.
Secondly, based on the characteristics of the TD-SCDMA signal itself, which samples mid-frequency feedback data through fixed position of the downlink time slot in TD-SCDMA system, A digital pre-distortion method for TD-SCDMA system are proposed to avoid a large number of calculations required by the selection of searching the feedback data, The method can reduces resolving capacity requirements and device power consumptions, while simulation shows that the method can achieve the performance of existing methods, further illustrates that it is available in TD-SCDMA system.
Finally, after a certain frequency offset single-carrier TD-SCDMA, six carrier signal performance of the DPD simulation and analyzing the results of tests, while the comparative analysis results of the actual performance of DPD simulation and theoretical results described in this article further the proposed algorithm in TD-SCDMA system is feasible.
