随着我国教育改革不断深化,传统的学生管理模式已经无法适应现在的学生管理工作,传统的高校学生管理系统作为信息化高校实现统一规范管理的重要方式,在高校扩招人数巨增后,其实用性在不断的下降,无法带来更深度的价值,为此,需要有全新的基于学生行为分析的高校学生管理系统的出现。该新系统能将高校传统学生管理系统数据与其它系统零散数据进行整合,通过对全方位、多视角数据的挖掘分析丰富学生管理系统功能实现精准性管理,从而提升高校学生管理质量和效率。
本文从实际应用角度出发,在高校传统学生管理系统上增加了分析功能,通过对学生在高校产生的各类数据和高校原有系统数据进行采集,并与高校现有学生管理系统基础信息相结合,通过数据分析及挖掘获取到更有价值的数据实现学生在校情况分析。同时,提出了对高校各零散数据的采集方法,并在数据挖掘与机器学习的新技术下,设计与实现了具有学生危机预警下的新型高校学生管理系统。其中学生危机预警是基于学生在校数据进行综合分析,实现学生情况危机预警。
本文的研究主要以大数据为切入点,以高校学生管理为应用背景,结合大数据的技术特点和学生管理工作的特点,对高校学生管理系统进行分析与设计,通过将现代信息技术和数据采集挖掘技术运用到高校学生管理系统中,促进管理工作的科学性和时效性。论文从分析高校学生管理系统的功能需求入手,基于数据分析算法对学生基本信息管理、学生行为数据管理、学生成绩管理、学生档案管理、学生危机预警模块需求进行分析建模,利用UML用例建模技术绘制了用例图并编写了相应的说明文档,完成了系统功能性和非功能性的需求分析,最后采用B/S软件结构,搭建数据采集及分析平台;使用MongoDB、Redis等数据存储工具提升数据交互能力,并完成实现高校学生管理系统的设计与实现。经过对系统进行相关测试,该系统实现完全达到了需求。

From the practical application point of view, this paper adds the analysis function to the traditional student management system in colleges and universities, through the collection of all kinds of data produced by students in colleges and universities and the data of the original system of the university, and combines with the basic information of the existing student management system in colleges and universities, and obtains the more valuable data through data analysis and excavation At the same time, the collection method of scattered data in colleges and universities is put forward, and under the new technology of data mining and machine learning, a new type of college student management system with student crisis warning is designed and implemented.

The research of this paper mainly takes big data as the starting point, takes the university student management as the application background, combines the big data technical characteristic and the student management work characteristic, carries on the analysis and the design to the university student management system, through the modern information technology and the data acquisition mining technology to the university student management system, Promote the scientific and timeliness of management. Starting with the analysis of the functional requirements of the student management system in colleges and universities, this paper analyzes and models the needs of students ' basic information management, student behavior data management, student achievement Management, student file management and student crisis warning module based on the data analysis algorithm, and draws the use case diagram by using UML Use case modeling technology, and writes the corresponding description document. The requirement analysis of system functionality and non-functionality is completed, and finally the B/s software structure is used to build the data acquisition and analysis platform, and data storage tools such as MongoDB and Redis are used to improve the interaction ability, and to realize the design and realization of college student management system.After the related test of the system, the realization of the system fully meets the requirements.
