针对现代中低压电网电能质量的监测及谐波治理的需要,论文综合运用嵌入式技术、现代信号处理技术、虚拟仪器技术设计了一种新型低功耗、集成化的电网参数监测仪。此系统实现了对三相电网相/线电压、电流、有功功率、无功功率、视在功率、电网频率、功率因数以及三相电压、电流的31次以内谐波的实时监测。
论文分析了基于微处理器的电力系统基本参数的测量原理;对被测信号的交流参量通过抽样方法获得,由多点的抽样数据统计得到的结果可以减小随机误差的影响;基于DFT和FFT的谐波测量原理,将FFT应用于谐波分析获得信号的频域参数;针对谐波测量中的混叠误差设计了二阶抗混叠滤波器;分析了非同步采样和对非时限信号的截断造成的频谱泄露和栅栏效应及其对谐波测量精度的影响。讨论了常用的几种窗函数对频谱泄漏的抑制作用,在此基础上选择加海明窗对采样信号进行处理;针对DDS具有高精度频率合成的特点,将其应用到电网信号的采样上,提高了采样的同步性,使得测量精度满足了系统的要求。上述方法需要大量快速的迭代运算,系统微处理器选用了32位ARM芯片LPC2132,提高了系统的数据处理能力和实时性。系统供电电源采用了开关电源、减小了体积,提高了效率;完成了下位机数据采集部分、二阶抗混叠滤波器、测频电路及通信模块电路的设计;最后介绍了软件设计部分,主要包含了数据采集的实现过程,FFT程序的设计,给出了各部分程序的流程图;系统上位机软件设计了电网数据处理程序,该软件以Lab Windows/CVI6.0为开发平台,利用CVI丰富的库函数,完成对数据的处理、显示和记录等工作,并采用双线程运行模式,在数据采集和处理的同时完成了显示、命令的发送和运行曲线等功能。
按上述方案设计的样机经过三次电路制作与软件调试,主要技术参数达到了设计要求,通过了实验室测试,目前正在电力系统谐波治理系统中进行工业实验。

In view of the needs to monitor electrical energy quality and govern the harmonic in the modern low-voltage electrical network, An new type of low-power, integrated electric network monitor meter is designed in this thesis, which merge the embedded technology, modern signal processing technology, virtual instrument technology. This system has realized to monitor the phase/line voltages of three-phase electrical network, currents, active power, reactive power, apparent power, power frequency, power factor as well as the 31 harmonics of three-phase voltages and current real-time.
It is analyzed in this thesis that is the measure principle of electrical power system basic parameter based on microprocessor; The alternating current parameter of the signal to be measured is obtained through the sampling method, the data that via sampling from many points can reduce the impact of random error; To apply FFT in the wave analysis obtains the frequency range parameter of the signal via analyzing harmonic measure principle based on DFT and the FFT; The second-order anti-aliasing filter is designed in view of aliasing error of harmonic measure; The paper analyze spectrum leakage, stockade effect and the impact to harmonic measurement by these, spectrum leakage and stockade effect are caused by non-synchronous sampling and truncation to the non-time-frame signal; Discussed inhibitory action of the commonly used several kind of windows to the spectrum leakage, based on this chooses Haming windows to process to the sampled signal; DDS characterize the high accuracy frequency synthesis, so it is applied to sample the electrical network signal, that improve the synchronization of the sampling, meet the requirements of the system to measurement accuracy; The above-mentioned method need a lot of calculations, the microprocessor LPC2132 that is 32 bits based on ARM is used in the system to improve the system's data-processing capabilities and real-time; The switching power supply is used in the system to reduce the volume and raise the efficiency; The paper has completed the electric circuit design of data acquisition part,second-order anti-aliasing filter, frequency measurement electric circuit and the connection module.; Finally, introduced the software design part, mainly contained the process of data samping and the FFT program design; The PC software of system is designed to process the data of electric network, the software use the platform of Lab Windows/CVI 6.0, utilize the rich library functions of CVI, complete the data processing ,display and recording, and the dual-threaded pattern is used, that has completed display, order transmission and performance curve so on while the data sampling and processing.
It is the prototype that is designed according to the above program after three time circuit modification and debugging software, it’s main technical parameters meet the design requirements and pass the test in the laboratory, it is testing to govern harmonics of electrical power system in industrial site.
