随着矿产需求量迅速增加,矿产资源开采利用引发的环境破坏和废料排放,导致矿山环境恶化并造成严重的环境灾害,已成为相当严峻的环境问题与社会问题。为此环境专家依据工业生态学观点,提出把矿山充填作为矿床开采的一道必要工序,并且完全利用矿山固体废料进行充填,最大限度地利用矿产资源和保护远景资源,最大限度地减少矿山废料的产出,从根本上解决矿山环境与生态破坏问题。
在矿山充填中,充填质量主要取决于充填料浆的浓度与灰砂配比。传统充填料浆浓度与灰砂配比系统采用常规仪表进行控制,配料成分不稳定,影响充填效果。本论文利用先进的自动化控制技术,设计充填料浆的浓度与灰砂配比系统自动控制方案:
针对充填工艺流程及搅拌系统本身存在大滞后、非线性的特点,分析了料浆浓度、料浆配比及水仓液位的现场特性;根据料浆浓度、灰砂比及水仓液位等参数不同的控制需求,设计了符合要求的专家PID控制、双闭环比值控制及带死区的PID控制策略,以保证充填质量符合现场的各项要求;以料浆浓度为被控对象进行专家控制算法的研究并利用Matlab软件对传统PID控制算法与专家控制算法进行仿真与对比,仿真结果表明专家控制算法在动态特性与静态误差方面明显优于传统PID控制算法;通过西门子STEP7软件将专家控制算法在西门子S7-300 PLC中进行实现,采用结构化编程方法对料浆浓度的专家控制规则进行梯形图编程,最终给出料浆浓度的现场运行曲线并达到较为理想的控制效果。

With the demand of mineral products is increasing rapidly, the exploration of the mineral resources leads to environmental deterioration and disaster, it has become to a nasty problem of environment and society. Therefore environmentalists have mine filling as one necessary step of mining in an ecology idea and make full use of waste materials in mine filling, people should make best use of the mineral resources and protect our prospective resource, decrease the waste products from the mine to an utmost degree, solve the problem of mining environment and ecological damage basically.
The quality of the filling much depends on the concentration of slurry and the cement sand ratio. In the traditional filling system of the concentration of slurry and cement sand ratio, people always control the system with the conventional instruments, it leads to the instability in composition and affects the result of filling. In this paper, people design the automatic control system of the concentration of slurry and cement sand ratio according to the advanced technique of the automatic control:
First and foremost, the paper analyzes the field feature of the concentration of slurry、the cement sand ratio and the level of water storehouse according to the process and the characteristic of the large time delay and nonlinearity in this mixing system; It also designs the control strategy of the expert- control of PID、double close-loop control and the dead-zone control of PID of meeting requirements according to the different requirements of the parameters of the concentration of slurry、the cement sand ratio and the level of water storehouse and ensures the quality of filling meets the need in industrial field; In the second place, it have research of expert-control algorithm in view of the concentration of slurry and simulate and compare the conventional control of PID with the expert-control of PID in the software of Matlab, the simulation results show the algorithm of expert-control of PID in dynamic characteristics and static error is better than the algorithm of conventional control of PID; In conclusion, the paper illustrates the implement of the expert-control algorithm in S7-300 PLC of Siemens by using the software of STEP7, at the same time, it adopts the method of structured programming to program the expert control rules of the concentration of slurry in ladder diagram language, it also gives the history curve of the concentration of slurry and the curve tells people the result of control is satisfactory.
