盘式液压制动器具有结构简单、体积小、制动力矩大等特点,是动力设备上常用的一种安全制动装置,其性能的可靠程度对动力设备安全运行及操作人员的人身安全至关重要。 本文介绍了盘式液压制动器工作原理、性能及结构特点。对制动器摩擦材料性能,制动器制动过程中摩擦温度场分布进行分析研究,提出了不同工况摩擦材料选用方法,建立了用于检测计算温度场的数学模型,分析了制动器失效因素,针对盘式制动器使用过程中摩擦材料凭经验定期更换,无法准确判断其失效程度的现状,研制了一种在线检测系统,该系统利用温度和位移传感器进行检测,通过单片机进行数据处理和分析,实现了摩擦材料表面温度和(磨损量)位移量在线检测及存贮,当温度和位移超出范围或摩擦材料热疲劳强度超出极限时,发出报警指示。 具有在线检测盘式液压制动器研制成功,解决了长期以来依据经验更换摩擦材料的问题,为盘式制动器更换摩擦材料提供了一个比较科学的依据,有效地减少了不必要的人力和材料的浪费,降低了安全隐患,提高了设备运行的可靠性,具有十分重要工程意义。

The hydraulic disk brake has the characteristics of the simple structure, small volume and large moment and so on. It is often used as a kind of safety braking device on the power equipment. The brake’s reliability is vital to the safety work of the power equipment and the operator. The paper introduces the principle, the characteristics and the structure of the hydraulic disk brake. The paper analyses the feature of the friction material and the distribution of the frictional temperature field, and points out the method of selecting the appropriate material on the different condition. The paper establishs the temperature mathematical model which is used to calculate the detecting temperature, and analyses the reasons that lead to the invalidation of the disc brake. Because the frictional material is replaced on the regular time according to the experience and the degree of the abrasion can’t be judged exactly, the detecting system online is developed. The system dectects the temperature and abrased displacement by respective sensors, it deals with data and analyses data by the single chip computer. Therefore, the system can dectect the temperature and the abrased displacement online, it can store these data and judge these data exceed the safety range of the temperature, the displacement or the heat fatigue strength of the friction material or not. If data exceeds the safety limit, it will sound the alarm. The successful development of the hydraulic disk brake which have the characteristcs of detecting online can solve the problem of replacing the friction material according to the experience , it can provide a very scientific basis to replace the friction material for the disk brake, and can reduce the waste of labour and material effectively. The hidden trouble is reduced, and the safety reliablity of the equipment can be increased. The development of the detecting system online is significant to the engineering.
