数据采集设备是远程自动抄表系统中至关重要的部分。目前国内电力市场流行的数据采集设备大多采用8位单片机设计开发,存在运行效率低、速度慢、可管理存储容量小、可扩展性差等缺点,不适合电力市场的发展需求。 本文提出以嵌入式系统ARM7系列32位嵌入式芯片LPC2214为硬件平台,嵌入式实时操作系统μC/OS-Ⅱ为系统软件平台,结合现代远程通讯技术,设计实现一款远程自动抄表数据采集设备-集中器。 ARM7芯片 LPC2214具有丰富的片内资源和对外接口,在充分考虑系统的实用性和开发成本的基础上,进行系统硬件的分析设计,片外扩展三种存储器和多种对上对下通讯方式。 实时操作系统μC/OS-Ⅱ到LPC2214的移植成功,使其成为系统软件开发平台。基于实时操作系统的多任务开发方式,提高了系统的稳定性和开发效率,并提高了系统的实时性。 集中器具有远程自动抄表能力,可以保存大量用户用电数据。系统集成了多种通讯协议,采用面向对象和面向过程综合编程方法,ASM、C、C++多种语言混合编程方式实现,使系统具有很高的健壮性和可扩展性。 电量负荷预测功能和多种曲线生成显示功能是设备的亮点。短期电量负荷预测算法的实现,使系统可以应用在采用B/S结构的主站系统中,将主站功能下放到数据采集设备中是一种尝试,为以后电力系统中数据采集设备的发展提出了一个新的发展方向。 基于ARM的数据采集设备在现场运行稳定可靠,达到了预期的效果和设计要求,提高了配电网络的安全性,对加强用电管理和提高电网供电质量起到了积极的作用。

In the long-distance-electric-meter-reading system,data acquisition equipment is the most important part.In presesnt power pool,the S-bit monolithic processor is the most popular.However,this kind of monolithic processor has lots of disadvantages such as i∞自融mve operating ratio,low operating脚,limited expansibility.So it hasn't adapted to the development ofpowerp001. This thesis present an solution that in the hardware platform of LPC2214 and the soRware platform of Real Time Operate System pc/os·m combining with morden long-distance communication technic,we have developed one long-distance-electric-meter -reading system-Collect Ware. LPC2214 has abundaat∞urc龉in chip and p商pheral interface.Considering the system u瞰睁and development cost,we have expandcd three kinds ofmemofy out chip and multlple communication mode when analyscing and designing the hardware ofthe system. Transplanting realtime olⅪ僦ng system I_,c/os-H to LPC2214 s蝴sfully makes it to be the soRwate platform of the system development.Mutiple mission development mode in reaitime operating system increases the system stability and development efficiency. Collect Ware has the ability of auto long-distance-electric-meter-reading and can store mass dectric data of otistomer’s.The system.integrates multiple communication-protocols and adopts the program synthesis of object-oriented and procedure-oriented mode and the hybrid programrmng OfASM、C、C十卜.1k application ofobJect-oriented mode makes the system m0糟robust and expandable. The bright spots of the system arc the ability of power load fo聆cas血培and恤display function ofkinds ofelectric curve.The analysis and the accomplishmem ofa short forecasting algorithm int the Collect Ware is a try ofputing the mast-station function into the data collect temlinai,and the equimpment can be used in the mast-station whitch is aB/S system. The data acquisition equipment based onARM runs reliably,its abundant functions make it suitable for the new electric market of Chin色The using of the equipment improves the security and power-up quality ofthe electric network.
