目前，我国对油田信息的管理绝大部分采用的是手工管理方式，作为管理依据的文字档案及图形档案都存储于纸介质上，由于使用频率高，图纸资料破损严重，因此利用GIS技术建立数字油田信息系统已经成为油田管理的一个趋势。建立基于ARCIMS的油田网络地理信息系统，可以将油田在开发、生产过程中大量的信息进行及时处理，为管理者和技术人员提供及时的信息，提高工作效率和管理水平。 本文研究和完成的主要工作包括： （1）主要分析了大量国内外相关的WebGIS软件及其相应的功能，分析了当前国内主要油田地理信息系统建设的现状。 （2）研究了利用ArcSDE对矢量数据和栅格数据进行入库管理工作。由于该系统处于开始阶段，因此本次工作也包括原始数据的前期处理。根据本次系统开发中的数据量和系统性质，主要研究了SQL Server2000和ArcSDE结合进行数据入库管理的方法。 （3）本文主要在ArcIMS设计站点模板的基础上，利用Java语言进行二次控件的开发，在利用原有的工具基础上进行了以下开发：用户查询工具；数据库更新工具；统计图输出工具；专题图浏览工具；以及管理员的相关功能的开发。

At present, the major part of oil field information management is the manual management way in our country. All the basis information saves as the writing file and the graph file on the paper. The material damages seriously because of the frequency of use. Therefore, it has already become a tendency for the oil field management using the GIS technology establishment numeral oil field information system. An ArcIMS-based oil field WebGIS can collect the oil field information in the development and the production process, which provides the prompt information for the superintendent and the technical personnel. By this way, it can enhance working efficiency and the management level. The main study and complete work as follows: (1) The paper has mainly analyzed related software in domestic and foreign and listed its functions. This paper introduces the actuality of GIS development in most oil field in our country. (2) This article has studied how to use ArcSDE to manage the vector data and the grid data in a Geodatebase. Because this system is at the initial stage, therefore the development of this system also includes original date processing. According to the data quantity and feature, the development of this system has studied how to manage the date using SQL Server2000 and the ArcSDE. (3) In the foundation of standard template which is designed with ArcIMS, using the Java language this article has developed some new functions including: User inquiry tool; Database renewal tool; Statistical chart output tool; Special chart browsing tool; and the manager's related function development.
