在当今企业的生产运营中,安全风险屡见不鲜,无论是可预见的还是难以预料的。特别是近年来,企业安全生产事故频发,给企业和周边民众带来了生命、财产和精神健康的巨大损失,甚至对社会的稳定造成了威胁。因此,政府和企业必须加强对安全风险的识别、评价和防控工作,而企业的安全生产问题,也已成为制约其快速发展的关键要素,直接关系到企业能否实现可持续发展。 本文通过对化工行业相关概念及特点分析的基础上,进一步研究了风险管理与安全管理,以及风险评价的方法,最后经过分析确定选择层次分析法和模糊综合评价法作为JDC化工企业的安全风险评价方法,不仅增强了评价的准确性和客观性,也为本文的研究提供了坚实的数据支撑和理论基础。通过对JDC化工企业生产概况及风险管理现状的详细剖析,对各类风险因素进行识别、分析,基于风险管理理论及指标选取原则,本文从人员、设备、物料、环境、管理五大层面,构建了适合JDC化工企业的安全风险评价指标体系。结合层次分析法和专家打分,确定各项指标的权重分配,然后利用模糊综合评价法,建立了JDC化工企业的安全风险模糊综合评价模型,最后经过计算,并依据最大隶属度原则,将其安全风险等级判定为中等,提示企业需采取针对性的防范措施。最后结合实际情况,提出五项具体的针对措施,旨在全面提升JDC化工企业的安全风险管理效能,有效预防和应对潜在的安全风险。 本文采用层次分析法和模糊性综合评价法对JDC化工企业安全风险进行评价研究,希望通过本文的研究,能为其他化工企业的安全风险管理提供有价值的参考和启示,从而共同提升整个化工行业的安全风险防范能力。 |

In the production and operation of today's enterprises, safety risks are common, whether predictable or unpredictable. Especially in recent years, the frequent accidents of safety production in enterprises have brought great loss of life, property and mental health to the enterprises and the people around them, and even threatened the stability of the society. Therefore, the government and the enterprise must strengthen to the safety risk identification, the appraisal and the prevention and control work, and the enterprise's safety production question, has also become the restriction its rapid development key factor, directly related to whether enterprises can achieve sustainable development. Based on the analysis of the related concepts and characteristics of chemical industry, this paper further studies the risk management, safety management and risk evaluation methods, finally, AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are selected as the safety risk evaluation methods of JDC chemical enterprises, which not only enhance the accuracy and objectivity of evaluation, it also provides a solid data support and theoretical basis for this study. Through the detailed analysis of JDC chemical enterprise production survey and risk management status, the various risk factors were identified and analyzed, based on risk management theory and index selection principle, in this paper, the Safety Risk Evaluation Index System of JDC chemical enterprise is established from five aspects of personnel, equipment, material, environment and management. Combining analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and expert grading, the weight distribution of each index is determined, and then the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to establish the safety risk fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of JDC chemical enterprise, according to the principle of maximum degree of subordination, the safety risk level is judged to be medium, suggesting that enterprises should take targeted preventive measures. Finally, five specific measures are put forward in order to improve the safety risk management efficiency of JDC chemical enterprises, and effectively prevent and deal with potential safety risks. In this paper, AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to evaluate the safety risk of JDC chemical enterprises, it can provide valuable reference and inspiration for other chemical enterprises to enhance the safety risk prevention ability of the whole chemical industry. |
