科技的飞速发展，将各种信息终端设备变成人的外置器官，以网络和通信为技术基 础的自媒体传播平台，对人们的生活产生了重大影响，改变和革新着社会的方方面面。 自媒体拥有前所未有的广泛性和时效性，传播主体与受众之间没有了特定的界限，公众 日益强烈的话语权意识与自我表达需求得以实现。公民政治表达渠道多样化，权利意识 增强，使政治伦理展现出前所未有的复杂态势，存在于现实社会之中的政治伦理问题在 自媒体背景下显现并且加剧。 本文通过文献研究法、比较研究法以及历史与逻辑相统一的研究方法，综合哲学、 社会学、政治学、传播学、心理学等学科有关政治伦理的研究成果进行跨学科交叉研究， 将政治伦理与自媒体传播相结合。本文共分为四部分对自媒体语境下我国的政治伦理问 题进行研究。第一部分主要介绍了本论文研究背景、研究意义、研究现状、研究方法、 研究目标以及创新点。第二部分主要阐述自媒体与政治伦理的关系。首先对自媒体的概 念进行阐释，总结出自媒体不同于传统媒体的特点，继而对政治伦理的内涵及其中西方 历史发展脉络进行阐述，基于以上内容分析总结出自媒体对政治伦理的影响。第三部分 通过自由、民主、信任和理性四个方面，分析我国在自媒体境遇下政府与民众、社会与 个体之间所产生的政治伦理问题：言论自由界限模糊，公众言论自由不可干预和政府的 网络管制之间的出现悖论；自媒体背景下新的文化层出不穷，民众受到各种思想的冲击， 在“娱乐至死”成为潮流的网络环境下，社会民主意识无法达成共识；传统媒体自上而 下的传播模式常常因意见表达不畅引发各种各样的矛盾，自媒体产生以来，民与民、官 与民之间互动交流机会逐渐增多，但这种交流却显现出更为明显的信任危机；在网络环 境匿名性的庇护下，网络言论更趋于感性而非理性，导致网络整体呈现情绪化，网民易 被感染和利用，人云亦云的过激言论成为促成网络暴力的主要因素。同时通过对以上问 题的分析研究，从自媒体参与主体、网络话语权以及社会价值观三个角度，剖析我国自 媒体政治伦理问题形成的主要原因。第四部分针对上述问题及其原因，以政府为主导力 量，以社会主义核心价值观为基础，以马克思主义政治伦理观为指导的人文关怀为最终 归宿，初步探索出自媒体时代下符合我国国情的政治伦理引导路径。

The first part mainly introduced in this paper the research background, research significance, research status, research methods, research goal and innovation points. The second part mainly explained the relationship between the media and political ethics.
