不断发展的科技水平使得测绘学、计算机学、虚拟现实技术相互交叉,推动了虚拟地理环境的发展。国内外旅游景区发展正逐步由二维景区向三维景区发展,我国旅游景区数字化技术研究相对薄弱。本论文结合景区规划、测绘和计算机技术,将三维景观建模技术和可视化技术很好的融合到景区规划管理中,为地理空间数据的管理、存储、分析和使用提供一个新的思路。
本论文结合彬县花果山景区的特殊民俗文化、地形地貌、旅游资源类型对景区进行规划,制定彬县花果山景区“一山、一园、一广场、一水、一街、一村落”的发展模块,在此基础上制作景区效果图,完善景区基础服务设施的设计工作。同时为了改变目前景区展示手法单一性的缺点,提高景区管理水平,引进三维可视化技术,采用3ds Max为建模工具,配合地理空间数据对花果山景区实现三维建模,实现仿真三维虚拟景区,并采用Unity3D和C#作为虚拟旅游景区系统的开发平台和开发语言,以SQL Server2008作为景点属性信息存储数据库,利用ADO.NET数据库连接机制将其于Unity3D平台相连接,最终开发出一个服务于彬县花果山景区的三维仿真平台,实现三维虚拟景区漫游、空间属性查询、导航图、空间分析等功能。
本论文的主要创新点:①对资源耗竭型城市彬县寻求发展突破口,综合分析该区的旅游资源、结合自然和人文环境,将其转型为以旅游业发展为主的城市。②突破传统的旅游景区展示手法,改变我国旅游景区可视化展示的薄弱点,实现三维仿真景区。③景区可视化系统平台软件的选择上,没有选择以GIS软件为平台,而是选择了Unity3D游戏引擎作为系统开发平台。通过Unity3D强大的二次开发平台MonoDevelop,使用C#语言编程实现景区三维可视化系统,并基于Unity3D完美的三维显示效果对景区进行最好的展示及宣传。
整个论文研究内容不仅改变了旅游景区的展示方法,同时游客对旅游景区的观光浏览也更加便捷,对于管理层的各项决策也起到举足轻重的帮助作用。

The development level of science and technology makes the surveying and mapping, computer science, virtual reality technology cross each other, promoted the development of Virtual Geographical environment. Domestic and foreign tourism development is to develop three-dimensional area by the two-dimensional area gradually, research on digital technology in China's tourist attractions are relatively weak. In this paper, combined with the scenic area planning, surveying and computer technology, the 3D landscape modeling technology and visualization technology are well integrated into the scenic area planning and management, provides a new idea for geospatial data management, storage, analysis and use.
In this paper, combined with the special folk culture, Bin County Huaguoshan scenic landforms, types of tourism resources of scenic area planning of scenic areas, scenic spot development module developed Bin County Huaguoshan scenic spot "one mountain, a garden, a square, a water, a street, a village", making the area effect diagram on this basis, perfect design work area infrastructure. At the same time in order to change the current disadvantage spot showing technique of oneness, improve the level of management of scenic spots, the introduction of 3D visualization technology, using 3ds Max as the modeling tool, combined with geospatial data, photo texture of Huaguoshan Area 3D modeling, simulation and Realization of 3D virtual scene, and uses Unity3D and C# as the development platform and development language virtual tourism scenic spot the system, with SQL Server2008 as attractions attribute information storage database, using the ADO.NET database connection mechanism is connected to Unity3D platform, finally developed a 3D simulation platform and services Yu Bin County mountain scenic area, realize the function of 3D virtual scene roaming, spatial query, spatial analysis, map navigation.
The main innovation of this dissertation is the resource exhausted city of BinCounty for the development of a breakthrough, comprehensive analysis of the tourism resources, combined with the natural and human environment, the transition to the development of tourism oriented city. Break through the traditional tourism exhibition techniques, change our country tourism visualization display weak point, to realize the three dimensional simulation area. The innovation spot visualization system is software platform choice, no choice based on GIS software platform, but to choose the Unity3D game engine as the system development platform. Through the MonoDevelop two development platform of Unity3D, using the C# language programming area of 3D visualization system, and based on the 3D Unity3D perfect display and publicity the best of the scenic area. The thesis not only changes the display method of the scenic spot, at the same time, visitors to the tourism scenic sightseeing is also more convenient, for the management decision-making also helps to play a decisive role.
