摘 要 矿压理论与实践均表明,两侧已采空的走向长壁区段煤柱受压极大。在这样的区段煤柱正中间掘进巷道(简称区段煤柱中巷)应属禁区。陕西煤业公司瑞能煤矿(原陕西煤建公司仓斜一号井)属资源枯竭矿井,该矿为解决职工生活困难,欲回收约25m宽的区段煤柱,尝试在3005与3006采空区区段之间煤柱正中间掘进巷道,并获得掘进煤量,以检验此巷道矿压显现究竟多剧烈、能否最终掘成。区段煤柱中巷掘出后,巷道顶帮压力极大,底鼓异常严重,于是,矿方放弃了回收煤柱设想,将已掘煤柱中巷作为大巷以加快开采扩大区煤炭资源。所以,修复压坏区段煤柱中巷成为亟待解决的技术难题。 通过现场调研,分析了瑞能煤矿区段煤柱中巷破坏现状。进行了煤岩力学参数测定,结合区段煤柱中巷地质及开采条件,分析了巷道围岩变形破坏的主要原因。通过相似材料模拟实验,分析了矩形断面和拱形断面巷道围岩变形破坏规律,采用FLAC3D有限差分数值分析计算软件,对区段煤柱中巷支护方案可行性进行分析,提出了区段煤柱中巷采用锚杆锚索+喷浆+拱形顶梁可缩直腿支架+单体支柱、半圆拱直腿可缩支架、半圆拱斜腿支架,并用锚杆锁腿的巷道修复方案,并进行了现场试验和现场监测。研究与试验结果表明“锚杆锚索+喷浆+拱形顶梁斜腿可缩支架+锚杆锁腿+单体立柱”联合支护并增加支架密度(支架间距300~500mm)是此类巷道修复的较为可靠方案。 本研究较好的解决了高压力区段煤柱中巷支护技术难题,可供高压力区巷道支护借鉴。

Abstract Ground pressure theory suggests that it is great pressure on both sides of district sublevel coal-pillar in mined-out area of long-wall, it should be restricted to make roadway in this coal-pillar. Ruining coal mine of Shaanxi Coal Industry Company is exhausted of resources mine. In order to solve urgent requirement of lives of workers in the mine, the company tries to recycle about 25m of coal-pillar and drives roadway and gets digging coal in middle of district sublevel coal-pillar of between of NO 3005 and 3006 mined-out area, and test how terrible pressure in this readway and support successful to the roadway.Pressure is huge both in roof and sides, floor up is very serious when it is drived roadway over. So it abandons the idea of recovery coal-pillar and uses the roadway as the main roadway in order to speed up the exploitation of coal resources. Therefore,it is urgently technical problem which is solved to repair broken the roadway in middle of district sublevel coal-pillar. Base on field investigation, supporting conditions of district sublevel coal-pillar in Ruineng colliery are analyzed. According to mechanic experiments, mechanical parameters of district sublevel coal-pillar are obtained. Aid to physical simulation experiment, analysis deformation destruction regularity in surrounding rock of roadway with rectangular section and arched section. Software of FLAC3D are adopted to compute feasibility of supporting plan which are anchor.cable+gunitematerial+credible.metal.long+leg.canopy+column,semicircular arch cushion support, semicircular arch slanting leg support and anchor lock legs roadway supporting, the plan of supporting is gotten with engineering practice and in-situ monitoring. It indicates that combining support “anchors and anchor cable+gunite material-semicircular arch cushion support+column”is efficient method to achieve in-situ roadway supporting. The research applies to solve technology problems of roadway in high pressure coal-pillar, and a reference for roadway support in high pressure.
