In the light of Institutional theory and RBT theory, we proved that Green Innovation positively mediates the relationship between GSCM practices with environmental and economic performance. The linkage between performance and GSCM performance has been tested in the study. In this research, primary data of 107 Pakistani manufacturing firms were collected randomly from small, medium and large scale firms. Developed countries have initiated many environmental standards and come up with innovative ideas to meet environmental standards in production processes such as disposal of waste materials and harmful chemicals. This study aims to empirically investigate how corporate image plays a mediating role in the relationship between the GSCM practices and firm performance in manufacturing firms of Pakistan. A primary data weas collected from 107 small, medium and large scale manufacturing firms, the respondent in this research study are the present supply chain managers and supervisors. The SPSS software was used to analyze our data. We used a 5-point Likert scale to obtain data. Also, our study findings suggest that green innovation is crucial for the success of firms because of its significant mediating role. The policy makers and practitioners need to implement GSCM practices within the firms to produce quality goods for consumers, besides that, the company’s performance will increase.
