带延充阀限矩型液力偶合器是轻载式液力软启动装置,其技术性能介于电液阀控调速液力偶合器(指勺管调速液力偶合器)和普通矿用液力偶合器之间的一种液力传动装置,与电液阀控调速液力偶合器相比,结构简单,成本低;广泛应用于大功率顺槽破碎机,本文充分研究煤矿井下锤式破碎机使用工况,以现有限矩型液力偶合器为基础,研究开发了带延充阀限矩型液力偶合器。
本文首先介绍了国内外有关限矩型液力偶合器及其相关领域的研究成果和限矩型液力偶合器使用中存在的问题;其次,通过对破碎机的工况,带延充阀限矩型液力偶合器的工作原理和传动特性、结构特点进行分析,建立了带延充阀限矩型液力偶合器叶轮三维实体模型,利用流体动力学理论对叶轮强度进行了有限元分析;再次,对带延充阀限矩型液力偶合器及关键零部件如: 延充孔、离心阀、拆卸工具等进行设计和理论计算;最后,通过在2000kW传动试验台对带延充阀限矩型液力偶合器的各项功能特性进行测试,验证偶合器设计的合理性;试验表明自主研发的带延充阀限矩型液力偶合器具备软启动功能特性,能够适应工作面顺槽破碎机的各种工况。
带延充阀限矩型液力偶合器主要用于大功率顺槽破碎机,也可用于小功率的工作面刮板输送机。它具有传递功率大、防爆、节能,体积小、适应性好,可满足煤矿井下恶劣的工况和狭小空间的要求,能有效改善传动品质,减少机械震动,是一种有效软启动过载保护装置。带延充阀限矩型液力偶合器研制成功将填补国内技术空白,使我国井下限矩型液力偶合器产品形成系列化,缩小与国外的差距,提高我国在煤矿井下用限矩型液力偶合器市场的竞争力。

The torque limited hydraulic coupling with delayed filling valve is a light-power soft start-up device. Its technical performance is between electro-hydraulic valve controlled speed hydraulic coupling (scoop pipe controlled speed hydraulic coupling) and hydraulic coupling. Compared with the former, its strength of simple structure and lower cost is obvious. It’s widely used in high power crossheading crusher. After our sufficient study of coal mine hammer crusher and based on the existing torque limiting hydraulic coupling, we developed the torque limited hydraulic coupling with delayed filling valve.
This paper introduces the research results related to torque limiting hydraulic coupling and related fields at home and abroad and problems in use. Secondly, we established 3D model of torque limited hydraulic coupling with delayed filling valve, then made finite element analysis of impeller strength based on hydrodynamics, through to the operation condition of the crusher and torque limited hydraulic coupling with delayed filling valve’s working principle and its transmission characteristics as well as its structural characteristics. Again, to bring along the torque limited hydraulic coupling and key components such as: delay filling holes, centrifugal valve, disassembly tool for design and calculation theory; Finally, we tested the torque limited hydraulic coupling with delayed filling valve on 2000kW transmission test bench to test and verify its rationality. The conclusion of the test is this torque limited hydraulic coupling with delayed filling valve have the property of soft start and it can adapt to all the working condition of crossheading crusher.
Torque limited hydraulic coupling with delayed filling valve is mainly used for high-power trough the crushing machine, can also be used for the working light-power face scraper conveyor . It has a large transmission power, explosion-proof, energy saving, small volume, good adaptability, It can adapt to the harsh working condition and limited space., and improve the quality of transmission and reduce the vibration of the machine. It is an effective soft start-up and overload protection device. The successful development of torque limited hydraulic coupling with delayed filling valve will fill the gap of domestic technology, vary series of torque limited hydraulic coupling and improve the market competitiveness of the torque limited hydraulic coupling.
