作为一种定向钻探的主要工具，煤矿井下用螺杆钻具的推广应用，关系到煤矿井下水平孔定向钻进技术的发展趋势和速度。目前我国煤矿井下钻进系统多配套国外螺杆钻具开展工作，国内螺杆钻具目前还不能够很好地满足钻进技术和市场需求，且目前综合检测螺杆钻具性能的试验平台和数据采集与处理系统还不够完善，一定程度上阻滞了螺杆钻具的发展和推广应用。本论文以大量螺杆钻具生产、应用经验为基础，以中煤科工集团西安研究院试验室建设项目《小直径螺杆钻具性能测试试验台研建》为依托，对煤矿用螺杆钻具检测试验台进行了深入分析研究，依托项目资金完成了煤矿用螺杆钻具性能检测试验台建设，并配套研制开发了数据采集处理测试系统，提高了测试的自动化、智能化程度。通过本论文作者进行了煤矿用螺杆钻具性能检测试验台建设的总体方案设计以及设备和仪器的配置选型，研发了数据采集处理测试软件，最终研建出螺杆钻具检测装置，并通过初步试验分析了具有代表性的螺杆钻具性能、检验了实验装置的可靠性。本论文通过实验装置研建，为煤矿用螺杆钻具的生产、应用技术的发展提供了必要的检测手段和基础数据，从而为进一步促进我国煤矿井下定向钻进技术、钻进装备的技术水平提升奠定了基础。

As a kind of main tools in directional drilling, the popularization and application of the screw drill in underground coal mine relates to its development trends and speed of technology. At present, there are more foreign screw drills than domestic being applied in coal mine underground drilling system in China, because the domestic screw drills are still not well content the drilling technology and market demand. The development and application of screw drill’s in china is blocked as a result of imperfect the testing platform, the data acquisition and processing of system. Based on lots of production and application experience , the paper studied and analyzed construction of the screw drill testing platform, researched and developed the data acquisition and processing system that improve the automation and intelligent level, which relying on the capital of《Small diameter screw drill performance test-bed grinds built 》that projected by “Xi’an Research Institute of China Coal Technology ＆ Engineering Group Corp”. The paper formulated the scheme of testing platform, Selection for the device model, studied and devised the software of data acquisition and processing. At last, built the screw drill performace test-bed grinds,it analyzed typical screw drill’s performance and test-bed performance through experiments.In a word，the paper provided necessary testing means and basic data for the screw drill’s production and application used in coal mine, and laid the foundation for directional drilling’s and its equipment production’s further development in underground coal mine in China.
