如何提升和优化高校思想政治教育工作，这是新形势下，对于加强和改进高校思想政治教育工作、牢牢把握意识形态工作的主动权、领导权，充分发挥其对大学生进行思想政治教育的主渠道作用具有重大的理论和现实意义。所以，针对当前高校思想政治教育工作所面临的新形势，本文旨在围绕着“高校思想政治教育工作面临的新变化、遇到的新挑战、碰到的新机遇”为中心来分析，主要采用文献研究法、行动研究法、比较研究法和访谈法，试图从逻辑框架的设计、理论体系的构建、以及章节的布局、实践操作的应用，针对当前高校思想政治教育工作面临的新问题进行梳理、分析、研究，在总结以往各类实践经验、借鉴吸收新鲜经验基础上，运用相关理论和学理支撑，通过从理论、视角和方法上提出对策，在理论与实践层面试图进行一定程度的创新，以期提升、推进、完善高校思想政治教育工作的针对性，使之更加系统化、科学化。 鉴于此，本文在论述高校思想政治教育工作面临的新形势、表现形式及其特征（第二章）等内容的基础上，积极探讨高校思想政治教育工作的基本原则、方法及体系建设（第三章），在进行分析研究后，对新形势下高校思想政治教育工作中存在的问题及成因进行深入剖析，就新形势下提升高校思想政治教育工作提出对策，试图以“系统化、全方位、立体式”的方式来构建高校思想政治教育工作（第四章）。 总之，本文通过对当前国际国内新形势的科学分析，厘清当下高校思想政治教育工作环境的新变化，深入研究高校思想政治教育工作面临的新机遇和新挑战，为加强和改进高校思想政治教育工作提供合理化的对策或建议。

Under new circumstances, the improvement and optimization of the college ideological and political education is of deep and far-reaching theoretical and realistic significance to strengthen and promote the college ideological and political education, to consolidate the initiative and the leadership of ideological education, and to give full play of its function as the main channel of educating college students ideologically. Based on this ground, the paper aims to analyze the challenge and opportunity of college ideological and political education in the new situation of the new era. Literature research method, action research method, comparative research method and interview method are applied in the study. The author tries to study the problems in college ideological and political education in the new situation by analyzing the design of logical framework, the construction of theoretical system, the layout of the chapters, and the application of the practical operation. One the basis of former study results and relevant theories and doctrinal interpretations, the author proposes new approaches to the problems, hoping to improve and the pertinence of the college ideological and political education, thus to make it more systematic and scientific. The author develops his idea in 4 chapters. Chapter one is a general introduction. Chapter two is devoted to the new characteristic and manifestation of college ideological and political education in the new era. Chapter three focuses on the basic principle, working method and the construction of its system. Chapter four concentrates on the thorough analysis of problems existing in the present college ideological and political education and the approaches to solve these problems, trying to construct the college ideological and political education in a systematic, comprehensive and all-round way. All in all, this paper mainly deals with the challenges and opportunities of college ideological and political education in the new situation, and tries to provide reasonable counter-measures and enlightening suggestions to the improvement and enhancement of the college ideological and political education.
