榆神矿区属我国内陆干旱区,水资源贫乏,生态环境十分脆弱。由于气候变化和人类活动的影响,水资源短缺和水环境污染已成为该区经济发展的主要制约因素。而榆神矿区秃尾河流域是该区人们生活生产、工业园区建设与发展、煤炭开发等活动的重要水源地。如何合理开发利用该区水资源并保护水资源环境,已成为亟待解决的重要问题。 基于上述理由,本文在结合陕西省煤田地质局水文队的“陕北能源化工基地地下水勘查”规划项目的基础上,以水文、水文地质条件为依据,对该地区的水资源进行计算分析。根据地表水及地下水的水质监测资料,对研究区水环境现状进行分析,预测该区的水环境质量,从影响该区的诸因素出发,分析该区水资源环境的影响因素,为秃尾河流域水资源的合理开发利用和保护提供依据。 研究结果表明,研究区地表水资源量为4.6838×108m3;地下水年可采资源量为1.383×108m3,水资源总量为3.705×108m3,可利用水资源总量为2.245×108m3。研究区内地表水除锦界工业园区周围的水质较差,污染最严重外,其余的水质较好,都在Ⅲ类水标准范围内。地下水化学类型为重碳酸型水,且以HCO3-Ca、HCO3-Ca?Mg型水为主。而在锦界工业园区一带,呈Cl-Na?Ca型水。对研究区水资源环境影响因素进行分析表明,大气降水是影响水资源形成的主导因素,是水资源的主要补给来源;人为因素是水资源环境影响最大的因素。 在上述研究的基础上,得出了榆神矿区秃尾河流域水资源供需水量情况,预测该区水资源余缺情况。本着“地表水、地下水相结合,因地制宜,开源节流,合理开发,综合利用”的原则,提出了区域水资源合理开发利用的对策和措施,以实现水资源的永续利用和生态环境良性循环。

The water resource are poor and the ecological environment is very fragile in the Yu Shen Mining Area which lies our country inland. Since climate change and human being’s influence, water resource shortage and water environmental pollution already become a main restricting factor of the area economic growth. But, the water resource which is that life produces, the industrial park builds with developing, coal develops the important source of water waiting to use personal influence owe area people of the the tu wei river drainage area in the Yu Shen Mining. Under this form, how to rational exploit the water resources and protect water resources environment, that already become the important desiderating problem. Therefore, the studies is supported by one of the a project that“The Ground water perambulating in the northern of Shanxi energy and chemical industry base”in Shanxi Province hydrology team of the coal geology bureau. On the basis of hydrology and hydrogeological conditions, we evaluate water resources of the area. According to the surface water and the groundwater water quality monitoring data, analysing the current water environment, forecasting the water environment quality of that area, seting about a lies of influencing factors in the area, we analyse the influencing factor of water resource environment, that provides a basis for the rationally making use of and protection water resources in the Tu Wei river. The studying results indicate that the surface water resources are 4.6838×108m3 in the area; The increment of groundwater is 3.064×108m3, adoptable resource amounts to 1.383×108m3, the total of the water resource is 3.705×108m3, the total of the available water resource is 2.245×108m3. In the area, the surface water quality is fairly good, within the water three quality standard, except Jin Jie industrial park on every side, which water quality is relatively poor, contaminated the gravest. Groundwater chemistry type is the bicarbonate, it is mostly to HCO3-Ca and HCO3-Ca?Mg. But it is Cl-Na?Ca type water in Jin Jie industrial area. The study that the area water resource environmental effect indicates that it is leading factor to atmosphere precipitation which is main part supplies for the water resource. And it is the more important factor to man-made factor for the water resource environmental. As the studies said, reaching simplely the condition of the water resources supply and demand, forecasting shortage condition of the water resource in area. according to the principle such as combination of surface water and groundwater, adaptation to local conditions constructing the good and wiping the bad, exploring water sources and saving water, rational development and synthetical utilization. We have brought forward some measures that making use of water resource rationally in the area, for achieving the continuable development of the water resource and an ecological environment virtuous circle.
