煤矿井下杂散电流对煤矿的安全生产带来巨大的安全隐患,特别是煤矿牵引机车附近区域与煤矿生产一线为杂散电流重灾区,也是重点防范区域。因此,针对煤矿井下工作面强干扰、动态变化的复杂监测环境,结合无线传感网络技术提出ZigBee网络的煤矿杂散电流监测系统,并针对强干扰环境采用随机共振方法检测杂散电流。主要工作如下: 首先,对煤矿工作面环境分析,设计了煤矿杂散电流ZigBee网络监测系统的总体方案。详细阐述了几种杂散电流检测方法,对其优缺点及适用场合分析对比,选择了最合理的杂散电流检测方法。针对工作面复杂、强干扰的工作环境,确定了以利用噪声能量增强信号能量等特性的随机共振方法检测微弱杂散电流信号。 其次,详细分析、对比信号频率大于1Hz的随机共振方法,设计了以调制SR结合参数K的解决方案,进行了仿真验证,完成了该方案的硬件电路设计与调试,并实验验证。 再次,结合工作面动态环境与无线传感网络技术,对ZigBee各层网络协议分析,将ZigBee技术的自组网、低功耗、低时延以及低成本优势引入到监测系统中,克服难布线、线路维护困难等难题。通过组建ZigBee网络,利用网络可实现单跳、多跳等特点传输数据,提高数据传输可靠性。 最后,采用以太网型嵌入式网关将工业以太网与ZigBee网络物理连接,基于WinCE平台完成了嵌入式网关设计,实现了ZigBee网络与外部网络的实时通信与数据转换,并进行了系统测试,对实验结果进行分析。

Stray current underground coal mine brought great potential safety hazard in coal mine safety production, especially coal mine production line and the area near coal mine traction locomotive is the hardest hited areas by stray current, also is the key area to prevent。Therefore, in view of the Complex monitoring environment with strong interferences and dynamic changes at coal mine working face ZigBee network is put forward for the stray current in coal mine monitoring system with the combination of wireless sensor network technology ,and using Stochastic resonance method for detection of stray current in view of the strong interference environment。The main work is as follows : Firstly, analysis of the coal face environmental, ZigBee network monitoring system is designed for the stray current in coal mine. This paper describes several stray current testing methods in detail, to compare their advantages and disadvantages and applicable occasions, choose the best stray current detection method. In the face of complex, strong interference environment, in order to determine the method of stochastic resonance noise energy use characteristics such as enhanced signal energy stray current detecting weak signals. Secondly, a detailed analysis,compare to the stochastic resonance method of signal frequency is greater than 1, designed the solution to Modulate the SR parameter K and carried on the simulation, completed the hardware circuit design and debugging of the program, and verified. Again, combined both dynamic working environment and the wireless sensor network technology, the analysis of ZigBee network protocol in each layer, the ZigBee technology of ad-hoc network, low power consumption, low latency and low cost advantage is introduced into the monitoring system, to overcome the difficult problems such as difficult wiring, line maintenance. By forming a ZigBee network, using network can realize single jump, jump, etc data transmission, improve the reliability of data transmission. Finally, Finally, the Ethernet type of embedded gateway will industrial Ethernet physical connection with ZigBee network, completed the design of embedded gateway based on the WinCE platform, has realized the ZigBee network and external network real-time communication and data transformation, and has carried on the system test, analysis of the experimental results.
