冰蓄冷空调系统通过“夜制昼用”的运作方式,提高了能源利用率,优化了资源配置,是实现电网“移峰填谷”的重要措施,也是现代空调发展的一个重要方向。对蓄冷空调技术进行技术经济分析与应用论证具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。
但冰蓄冷空调系统的初投资比常规空调系统的初投资要高,用户是否采用冰蓄冷空调的关键是考虑其经济性,影响冰蓄冷空调系统经济性的因素有多种,本文详细分析了空调冷负荷分布、电力政策和峰谷电价、冰蓄冷空调系统的蓄冷策略、冰蓄冷空调系统的控制策略、冰蓄冷空调系统的布置方式、蓄冷率、蓄冰设备与制冷设备类型、是否采用低温送风系统对冰蓄冷空调经济性的影响;并建立了静态与动态经济分析模型,利用静态经济分析模型对工程实例进行了分析。得出如下结论:
⑴冰蓄冷空调可取与否,取决于其所增加的投资能否在较短年限内收回,一般回收期在5年之内视为经济。若回收期较长,即使运行费用相对较少,我们也不建议采用。
⑵在实际中,不同的工程有不同的影响其经济性的因素。如若设计选型与运行策略得当,冰蓄冷空调系统的工程将会具有良好的经济效益。
设计者要根据实际情况设计出最经济的冰蓄冷空调系统,在冰蓄冷空调系统实际运行中,系统控制点多,控制系统复杂。针对不同的工况,需要不同的运行策略,因此如果设计选型不合理,就很难达到“移峰填谷”,节约电费的目的。

Ice-storage air-conditioning system will improve the energy coefficient of utilization and optimize energy resource disposition, which is an important measure to realize the “shift peak load to low period” of electrical wire and is also a main orientation for modem air-conditioning development .So, it is of realistic significance to make a technical analysis about ice-storage air-conditioning system. Experimental research and the technical and economic analysis of thermal storage air-conditioning have an important theoretical value and practical signification.
But the investment cost of ice-storage air-conditioning system is higher than that of con-
ventional air-conditioning system, the key point whether we use ice-storage air-conditioning system is its economic, there are many factors which affect its economic, this article introduce some factors such as the cold load distribution of air-conditioning, electric power policy and peak valley electrovalence, ice-storage strategy of ice-storage air-conditioning system, the controlling str-
ategy of ice-storage air-conditioning system, the arrangement way of ice-storage air-conditioning system, the rate of ice-storage, the type of ice-storage equipment and the refrigeration equipment, whether uses the low temperature blast system which affect the economic. This article introduces the static and dynamic economy analysis model of ice-storage air-conditioning system and work out the economic analysis of practical examples by using the static economy analysis model, the conclusions are:
⑴Whether the ice-storage air-conditioning system is applicable or not depends on whether the increased investment can be called back in a short time,it is economic if the recovery period is generally within five years. If the recovery period is longer, we do not use even if operating cost is relatively lower.
⑵In fact, there are different factors which affect the economic in different application. The engineering application of ice-storage air-conditioning system will achieve favorable economical benefit if the design model and operating tactic are properly chosen.
The designers must devise an economic ice-storage air-conditioning systems according to the actual situation. In fact, the control points are complex in the systems. It requires different operating strategies in different situation. Therefore it is very difficult to achieve “shift peak load to low period” if the designing is unreasonable.
