近年来,高校突发事件时有发生,不仅对高校正常教学、管理和师生生活秩序构成了威胁,而且使高校的形象和声誉受到了严重损害。提高大学生突发事件下的应急能力,不仅事关几千万大学生的个人安全,还与上亿个家庭的幸福安宁息息相关,不仅事关社会稳定,还关系到国家的长治久安。针对大学生应急能力的研究,本文采用生理实验的方法分析大学生在突发事件下的心理反应,从而评价其应急能力。本文主要工作与成果如下:
首先,选取心率(HR)、皮电(SCL)、呼吸性窦性心率不齐(RSA)、射血前期(PEP)、低频与高频比值(LF/HF)这五组生理指标对大学生在模拟突发事件情境下的生理数据进行测量,分析得出这五组生理数据的变动规律。
再次,分析个体的应急处置能力和应急恢复能力差异性。实验结果表明,应急知识掌握情况对应急处置能力具有显著的影响,心理状况对应急处置能力和应急恢复能力均具有比较显著的影响。
最后,本文在所选生理指标波动情况基础上,构建出应急处置能力评估指数和应急恢复能力评估指数,对大学生的应急处置能力和应急恢复能力进行评估。并针对实验结果,从提高应急知识水平和提升心理健康水平两个角度提出大学生应急能力提升的建议。
本文对大学生应急能力与生理反应的关联性进行了初步探讨,并对突发事件情境下的生理指标变动规律进行了研究,通过生理数据变动规律研究构建出应急能力评估指数,为今后大学生应急能力的评价提供了研究方法。

In recent years, the frequently happenings of the “Campus Emergencies” not only threatens the order of teaching, campus management and life between teachers and students of universities, but also damages images and reputations of the universities. Improving university students’ emergency capability not only concerns tens of millions university students’ life, but also relates to the well-being of hundreds of millions families; not only matters of social stability, but also national long term stability and security.This artical adopts physical experiment method by studying the change of related physiological indexes in order to analyze university students’ emergency capability. Follows are the contribution and result of this artical:
Firstly,selecting measuring physiological indexes based on relevant theories which are: HR, SCL, RSA, PEP, LF/HF.Designing physiological experiment process of university students’ emergency capability; measuring the physiological index of those experimental subjects by building emergency simulation scenario.
Secondly,analyzing the emergency disposal and emergency recovery of individual subject. Results show that emergency knowledge and skills and psychological status have a significant impact on emergency reaction capability. Furthermore, psychological status has a much more significant impact on emergency recovery capability.
Thirdly,according to all above, this article constructed the assessment index of emergency disposal capability and emergency recovery capability. Meanwhile, based on the experimental results, ways to improving university students’ emergency capability are proposed.
In conclusion, the correlation of university students' emergency capability and physiological reactions is explored and the varying regulation of the physiological index is researched.The results have certain scientificness which also offers research method on university students’ capability for further study.
