近年来,随着养殖业的快速发展,我国养殖业已经取得了长足发展,但仍存在着养殖规模大小不等,经营水平参差不齐的情况。一部分大型养殖场已经完成了由散养到集约、由集约到规模、由规模到规范的转变,但大部分养殖场仍是中小规模养殖场,这些养殖场规模小,难以承担先进的全自动养殖投入,导致饲养员不能及时获取养殖场的环境信息,无法对环境信息进行实时有效的监控,无法提前预警家畜疫情,存在极大的经营风险,因此对于中小规模的养殖场而言,一套低成本与低功耗的养殖场环境监控系统至关重要。
本文在分析和研究养殖场温度、湿度、光照强度的用户需求基础上,调研国内外养殖场远程监控技术,研究开发出一种基于ZigBee无线传输技术的养殖场环境远程监控系统。该系统综合ZigBee无线通信、ARM微处理器、嵌入式WEB服务器、智能传感器、和计算机网络等技术,以较低成本实现对养殖场环境的远程监控。整个系统由采集端、服务器端、客户端三部分组成,采集端实现温湿度、光照强度信息的釆集和初步处理,服务器端实现对所采集的环境信息的分析与存储,并将采集的环境信息反馈至客户端,同时把客户端下达的的控制命令传送至采集端,客户端则实现对采集信息的远程查看,并以无线通信方式向采集端发送控制命令,实现对相应设备的远程控制。
本文内容主要包含以下几部分:首先是养殖户对养殖场温度、湿度、光照强度的需求分析,由此确定系统功能,进行系统总体设计和控制参数确定。基于总体方案,分别从硬件和软件两个角度进行系统的详细设计,硬件部分主要包括硬件的总体架构和器件选型,软件部分先搭建软件开发环境,再逐次进行采集端、服务器端、客户端各模块的开发。最后对整个系统进行了系统测试,以此验证方案的正确性和可行性。
本文研发的远程养殖场环境监控系统最终实现了饲养员对养殖场环境的远程实时监控,饲养员可以利用平板电脑、手机、PC等终端,借助此系统远程实时调控养殖场温度、湿度以及光照强度等环境参数,也能及时获取异常报警信息,该系统对于国内养殖业的健康发展具有积极的促进作用,因而具有很好的应用推广价值。

In recent years, with the rapid development of the breeding, the breeding in China has made great progress, but there still have many problems. Such as, Farm scale size multiple, management level is uneven. Part of large farms have completed the transition from free range to intensive, from intensive to scale, from scale to he specification. But a large part is still small and medium-sized farms, these small farms can not to undertake advance full automatic breeding investment. This lead to the breeder can not timely know environmental information of farms, unable to effective monitoring the environmental information in real time, can’t do a warning livestock epidemic in advance, and have a great deal of management risk. Thus, for the small and medium-sized farms, a low cost and low power consumption of farm environment monitoring system is very important.
Based on analysis and research users needs of the temperature, humidity, light intensity in farms , research remote monitoring technology at home and abroad. Developed a farm environment remote monitoring system based on ZigBee wireless transmission technology. This system combine with Zigbee wireless communication, ARM microprocessor, embedded WEB server, computer network technology and intelligent sensor. Implemented the farm environment remote monitoring At a low cost. The whole system constitutes by the sampling terminal, server and client three parts. The sampling terminal implemented collect temperature and humidity, light intensity information and preliminary processing, the server terminal implemented the analysis of the environmental information collected and stored, and the acquisition of environmental information feedback to the client, the client at the same time transferred the control command to sampling terminal, the client is to remote view and realize collected information, with wireless communication mode to send control commands, realize remote control of the corresponding equipment.
This paper content mainly includes the following several parts: first is the breeder’s demand for farm in temperature, humidity, light intensity, determine the system function, system overall design and control parameters. Second based on the overall scheme, respectively from two aspects of hardware and software system detailed design. The hardware part mainly include the overall architecture of the hardware and components selection. The software part, first construct the software development environment, then successive designed sampling terminal, server and client. Finally has carried on the system test to the whole system, in order to prove the validity and feasibility of the scheme.
The remote farm environment monitoring system designed by this paper finally achieved the breeder remote real-time monitor for the farm environment, the breeder can use PAD, mobile phones, PC, and other terminal control the farm environment parameters such as temperature, humidity and light intensity by this system ,can get abnormal alarm information in time, too. The system has a positive role in promoting the healthy development of domestic breeding industry , thus has very good application promotion value.
