光伏并网发电是太阳能光伏发电应用发展的趋势,逆变器是光伏并网发电系统核心部件之一,由于传统的电压型和电流型逆变器存在着原理上的障碍和局限,因此本论文主要分析一种新型的Z源逆变器,它能够克服传统电压型和电流型逆变器的理论局限。在电压型逆变器中引入Z网络后,使逆变器主电路的直通成为可能,并且可以利用逆变器的直通使Z源逆变器成为一个升压降压型的逆变器。
本论文对Z源逆变器的电路拓扑结构、升降压原理以及等效电路进行了详细的分析、通过分析根据不同的研究角度得出了Z源逆变器的优点,然后讨论了阻抗源变换器的各种控制方法,建立SVPWM算法数学模型并进行了仿真,对电路性能进行了验证,最后通过分析计算设计出Z网络,电压电流采样调理电路等。利用最大功率跟踪控制使得太阳能输出功率最大,同时交流电流作为并网电流实时跟踪电网电压的频率和相位。逆变器的并网控制方式采用电压源电流控制方式,并网控制方案采用跟踪实时电流的三角波比较方式,该系统采用TMS320LF2407DSP芯片控制整个并网系统,利用DSP丰富的外围电路和强大的功能实现并网系统的所有控制和保护功能,以DSP为控制核心的光伏并网逆变系统具有可靠性强,工作效率高,稳定性好等优点,其加快了光伏并网发电系统的应用和推广。
最后搭建实验电路,通过DSP的控制,验证了系统的可靠性和有效性。

The grid-connected photovoltaic system is a type of photovoltaic system development. The traditional inverter is widely used in all kinds of conversions, however, it has conceptual and theoretical barriers and limitations. In order to overcome the problems of the traditional inverter, a new type inverter named Z-source inverter is presented. It makes the shoot-through state possible by employing a unique impedance Z-network. This unique impedance network allows the Z-source inverter to buck and boost its output voltage.
In this paper, the operating principle introduces the buck-boost mechanism of the Z –source inverter first. The advantages of the mechanism can be clearly seen from many perspectives based on the duality principle. It gives many simulation and experimental results to verify the performance and characteristics of the circuit. According to the model, this paper discusses the design method of the Voltage-fed Z–source inverter, including the design method of main circuit and sampling circuit. Then the control method of the voltage-fed Z-source inverter is discussed. Maximum power output is realized by making use of the mppt control. Grid–connected current tracking a grid connected. frequency and phasic. Grid-connected inverter uses the control of current. The project is a three-cornered wave of tracking current involving operations, control and protection of PV Grid-connected system. Based on TMS320LF2407 DSP chip, richer external circuit is realized. Grid-connected system based on TMS320LF2407 DSP also has strong credibility, high efficiency and good stability. Finally the results also prove that Grid-connected inverter will improve application and expansion of PV Grid-connected power generation system.
According to the control of DSP and Experiment circuit, we received experiment wave, its results have verified the feasibility and the correctness of the proposed topology.
