本文设计了一种基于51系列单片机的制导雷达数据记录分析系统,用于对某型号雷达制导性能的检测。
系统的硬件由数据采集、存储、传输模块以及模拟信号源模块4个部分组成。针对雷达指令数据实时采集的要求,在考虑到现场设备对测试系统有严格的可靠性和体积等要求的前提下,设计了基于单片机的机载数据采集系统;针对机载设备对指令数据存储的要求,设计了存储容量为1MB的单片机应用系统;针对数据从机载到地面转存的要求,设计了传输模块,该模块具有单片机和计算机之间数据交换的转换接口;同时设计了模拟信号源模块,模拟产生制导雷达的多种模拟和数字指令,为地面设备校验实验提供了必要的手段。
系统上位机软件设计了雷达指令处理程序,该软件以Lab Windows/CVI6.0为开发平台,采用动态数据交换(DDE)等技术,在实现数据从机载系统传输到地面计算机之后,完成对数据的统计处理和指令数据分析等工作,并提出了用于抗干扰数据滤波和快速判断雷达控制精度的算法。最后完成了对实验结果数据的存储、运行曲线显示、报表以及打印输出等功能。
研制的应用系统为雷达性能检验工作提供重要数据支持,保证了工程技术人员对存在大量干扰数据情况下真实雷达指令数据的提取,为提高该领域国防现代化水平提供了一种有效手段。研制的软硬件系统经过某部队半年多的实际使用,系统软、硬件运行稳定,各项技术指标均达到了设计要求。

A Data Record and Analysis System for a guidance Radar based on 51 family series MCU has been designed in this article. The function of this system is detecting the control and guide capability of the Radar. The hardware of this system is made of by 4 parts. They are the data acquisition module, the data storage module, the data transmission module and the simulating signal source module. Considering the application system has the extract demands such as the reliability and volume to the test system, an airborne data acquisition system based on MCU has been designed to count the real time gathering circuit. Under the environment to the data storage of the airborne equipment, an application system with 1MB storage capacity based on MCU has been designed. We have also designed the data transmission module to transfer the data into computer. There is a conversion interface in this module which has the function of swapping data between MCU and computer. The simulating signal source module can take out several analog and digital Radar command signal. It has offered a useful method to check the ability of the equipment.
Radar command processing program has been designed in the software system and we take Lab Windows/CVI6.0 as developing tool in this part. After the data have been translated from airborne system to the computer on the ground, we have also finished the targets which is include of statistical the radar data, removing the disturbing data and analysis radar command data by using the technology such as DDE. In the same time we bring forward a new algorithm to judge the control accuracy of the radar. By the way we have accomplishing the task of effective data storage, printing testing reports and characteristic curve etc to the result.
The application system we have developed has offered the important support to the examination of radar performance. It helps the engineering technical personnel to get the true command data of radar under the condition of existing a great deal of disturbance data. Therefore it offered a technique to enhance the ability of modernization to our national defense in this field. The software and hardware system have been used for half a year in an army. The system is very stability and all the parameters accord the design requirement
