作为我国产业工人的一个重要组成部分，农民工为我国社会主义经济建设做出了巨大贡献。随着我国现代化、城镇化进程不断推进，大量的农民从农业生产转移出来并进入城镇就业，日益成为经济学界关注的热点。 随着宁夏城市化进程的加快，农民工数量不断增加，他们在各自的岗位上为宁夏的经济社会发展做出了巨大的贡献。随着一些保护农民工权益政策的出台，农民工的境况得到了改善，但是仍然存在着一些有待进一步解决的问题，如工作环境差、劳动合同签订率低，就业中遭受歧视和不平等对待等。本文正是在这个背景下，运用相关经济学理论，结合国家统计局宁夏调查总队的统计资料以及笔者对部分农民工进行的问卷调查和访谈，对宁夏农民工就业问题作以详细分析。希望通过自己的分析，发掘出新时期宁夏农民工就业的新问题，从而为政策制定提供一定的信息支持和理论指导。 在分析宁夏农民工就业问题的同时，笔者也总结了国外转移农村剩余劳动力的经验及其教训，探讨了解决宁夏农民工就业问题的主要途径和措施，提出完善政府就业服务体系，加大政府扶持力度，加强农民工就业培训的针对性和实用性，建立畅通的投诉渠道；改革城乡二元结构，完善社会保障制度；企业应完善用工机制，加强对农民工的培训；同时全社会加强对农民工维权的舆论监督，成立专门的农民工维权机构；农民工自身也要积极搜寻就业信息，树立维权意识，树立学习意识，不同层面协调配合，对解决宁夏农民工就业问题做出一些有益的探索。

As an important part of our industrial workers, the peasant workers to our socialist economic construction has made tremendous contributions. As the modernization of our country, many farmers from agricultural production transfer to the urban employment and become economical problem. As urbanization of ning xia, the number of migrant workers grows, they make a significant contribution to the economic and social development. With some protection of migrant workers rights policies,working conditions have improved, but still present some problems. For example, a poor work environment, labor contract rate is low, migrant workers suffor discrimination and inequality from employment,etc.This article will study the employment of migrant workers, using the associated economic theory and the research data by the state statistics bureau brigade of Ning xia to discover new problems in the employment of migrant workers during the new period for policy formulation. During the study of the employment of migrant workers, I have summed up some experiences and lessons by combing with the practical and theoretical research related to foreign rural surplus labor force. We can solve the issues of migrant workers in some ways, mainly: complete the service of city government;break the barriers between urban and rural area and complete legal protection system;complete the business responsibility;pay close attention to migrant workers;migrant workers should intensify their quality. Different aspect cooperates to solve the problem of employment of migrant workers by some useful ways.
