镭射膜表面光滑、颜色多变,具有防伪、耐磨、环保等特点,被广泛应用在烟酒、食品以及广告宣传等包装上。镭射膜在生产过程中会出现如带材跑偏、纵向撕裂和边沿磨损等现象,其中由于卷径变小、前期卷幅不齐、放卷、收卷辊之间不协调等干扰引起的带材跑偏最为常见,当出现此故障时,如果不能及时纠偏必然会造成材料的浪费,影响产品质量,降低生产效率。 针对镭射膜纵切过程中的跑偏现象,提出一种基于机器视觉的纠偏方法。用CCD摄像机采集具有几何特征的镭射膜图像,对预处理后的图像采用改进Canny算法边缘检测,利用Hough变换提取特征直线,并与基准特征线比较得到跑偏量,微处理器根据算法计算出控制量并控制执行机构完成纠偏,控制算法采用开关切换算法,其响应速度快,消除稳态误差能力强。 对镭射膜跑偏检测与纠偏控制进行相关实验,结果表明,应用机器视觉技术对镭射膜纠偏,能够检测到镭射膜确定的跑偏量,系统检测精度高,纠偏控制稳定,操作简单,方便使用,有一定的应用价值。

Laser film surface is smooth, color is changable, with security, wear, environmental protection and other characteristics, it is widely used in tobacco and alcohol, food, as well as advertising and other packaging. In the process of production, Laser film has problems such as strip running deviation, longitudinal tearing and edge wear, etc. In those problems, due to smaller diameter, earlier period of the irregular volume, no coordination between rolling and winding roller, the strip deviation is the most common problems. When facing with running deviation problems, if the rectifying is not timely dealt with, it will inevitably cause problems such as waste of laser film, bad quality of products and low efficiency of products. For running partial failure in the process of laser film slitting, a new idea of rectification based on machine vision is introduced. Firstly. Use CCD camera to get laser film images which have geometric, then, apply the improved Canny algorithm to the edge detection of images after pretreatment of images. Secondly, use the Hough transform to extract the characteristic straight line, compared with the reference feature line, get the deviation value. The microprocessor chooses switch algorithm of Fuzzy-PID, transmits the control parameters to the actuators, and then finishes correcting the running deviation of laser film. It has fast response speed and strong ability to eliminate steady state error. Doing the experimen for deviation detection and correction control of laser film. Using machine vision technology, experiments show that the method can detect the accurate deviation of the laser film. This system has high detection precision, rectification control is very stable and easy to use, it has certain application value.
